Pros:

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Also close to Da Nang Beach. Easy to book a grab going around the city. It's in a quite neighborhood so it's refreshing for casual walk. No crowd. Love the city view from the room.

Cons:

Hard to communicate with staffs because of language barrier.

You can hear all the noises in the hallway. Had to call the front desk because of excessive noises which is waking you up in the middle of the night.

Ventilation can be improve. Lighting though is good.

Housekeeping banging your door if you can't open it rightaway. Should also have a service elevator for housekeeping staffs as we had multiple encounters where we had to pass and wait until next one.

Clean, uncomplicated, worth the money!
Pros:

It's perfect to have a clean and comfortable base if you staying for some time in Da Nang. View is a big plus! The hotel has everything you need. All in all in was super uncomplicated and has a decent standard. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Innerhalb 5 Minuten am Strand. Von der Dachterasse konnte man ebenfalls den Strand sehen. Das Gepäck wurde sicher und gut aufbewahrt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, das Obst wurde lange vor Ende des Zeitraums nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Das Personal sprach leider nur wenig Englisch an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, sodass man alles von deiner Umgebung mitbekommen hat (sehr lauter Aufzug und knallende Zimmertüren rund um die Uhr).
