Pros:

The hotel was clean and provided all services required. Laundry, gym, pool, cleaning and bike rentals. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I would stay again

Had a place to stay

Cons:

Customer service wasn’t good. The staff seem to not want to help or just don’t care. They sit behind the desk and won’t look at you until you help or they’re on their phones. Asked for a hand towel for our room and they said they don’t have any (what hotel doesn’t have small towels for the restroom). Seemed lazy for the money we spent. There’s plenty of hotels in the area so I’d recommend a different one.

The location is great, close to beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The checkin: paying with credit card they add 5% fee, and they preferred me to pay cash. Had to walk to ATM to withdraw money. Closest ATM has limit of 5million VND so had to withdraw a few times and the ATM fee ended up being almost the 5% fee anyway. Usually places in Vietnam take 3% card fee when paying with card. Bad checkin experience.

Unforgetable But not in a good way

Location was ok, price was good.

Cons:

Staff didnt know any english, facilities were run Down, railing on the stairs was fixed with some kind of rope where Another guest fell and cracked his forhead open. He was disoriented and stumbled back to his room. Told the staff at the reception two times to check on him i dont think they Cared or did. But when we were 10 minutes late for checkout they came running. The bed was hard like concrete.

Fine for the Price:)
Pros:

•The beds were good!
•The pool was nice.
•The staff were helpful.

Cons:

•There were a cockroach in our bathroom, and also quite a few big ones in the fitness area.
•No aircondition in the fitness area.
•The water pressure was very bad, it took forever to wash shampoo out.
•We only had one functioning plug in our room, so we couldn’t charge both our phones at the same time…
•The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything from hallway.
