Pros:

Location is great, lovely views over the bay. Jesus on thd pool bar was excellent, lovely guy. Check in staff were friendly and happy to see us back again.

Hotel upgraded our board basis and room, which really made our stay perfect.thank you to all you helped

We were up upgraded to a Seaview room at the front of the property, which was absolutely stunning. Rm 118.

Cons:

Nothing to not like. Food hall is busy but to be expected due to the size.
