I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
I booked this hotel because it is advertised as a five-star property, and I paid a premium price expecting a luxury experience. Unfortunately, it did not come close to meeting those expectations. In my opinion, the overall condition and quality are much closer to a two-star hotel than a five-star hotel.
The room was in very poor condition. The furniture was old, worn out, and some pieces appeared damaged. There were visible stains on the carpet and floor, and the room did not appear to have been cleaned properly before my arrival.
The bed linen, blankets, pillows, and towels were very old and heavily worn. The linen felt rough and itchy, making it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was also outdated and showed clear signs of age and wear.
The breakfast was another major disappointment. It was far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The selection was limited, and there were no fresh juices or other fresh options that are normally expected at this level.
Customer service also fell short of expectations. When I raised my concerns, I felt that the housekeeping supervisor became defensive instead of trying to resolve the issues. While not every staff member was unfriendly, I found some employees to be unwelcoming and unhelpful.
Overall, I do not believe this hotel offers value for the money charged. I paid a very high price expecting a genuine five-star experience, but the quality of the room, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and service did not justify the cost.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced, and based on my experience, I would NOT choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.
