There were no bathrobes. The number of towels was decreasing daily, and the hotel smelled awful. It was truly appalling. I will never stay at this hotel again. It's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The management is incompetent.

التأخير في تسليم الغرفه إذ تم تسليمي الغرفه الساعه 4ونصف عصرا علما ان دخولي من المفترض الساعه2 وسبب التأخير من موظفي الاستقبال مماطله رغم توقيعي لورقه الدخول وتم اخذ صوره من الجواز واعطائهم رقم الحجز استقبال سيى كل موظف يحولني على الثاني خدمه لاترتقي بفنادق رمادا بلازا
