Pros:

I really appreciated the hospitality of the owner. They were very easy going and accommodating. I really liked the area, it was at the end of a street , quite , safe and easy access to downtown. The value for the place was great. I actually returned for a 2nd night.

La cuisine commune était bien, la petite court intérieur était charmante

A great place to rest
Pros:

We loved everything, especially that it was pet friendly, had a kitchen and parking

Cons:

It was very loud in the evening until midnight with other guests playing music and talking outside our room beside the kitchen, the same happened again early in the morning with a loud music speaker being turned on

Great location, no privacy, uncomfortable bed , loud dog
Pros:

Great location, safe parking , great amenities and airconditioning

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The walls were very thin, we could hear everything so there was little privacy. Another issue is that they entered our room without letting us know while we were gone. And there is no way to lock the room from the house so again little privacy. And the dog was barking all night keeping us up.
