The staff made it amazing
Pros:

The size of the room was small sure but the staff there were veeeery kind and hospitable. I forgot my headphones as i checked out, they were kind enough to send it to me via next airport bank.

Struttura pulita e centralissima a pochi passi da tutto! Possibilità di prenotare escursioni e tour e taxi per aeroporto alla reception. Staff gentilissimo e preparato. Acqua della doccia calda e con forte pressione. Terrazza al 4 piano per rilassarsi e fumare. Acqua potabile calda e fredda ad ogni piano.

Cons:

Colazione da migliorare. Camera bella e pulita ma abbastanza piccola con una mini finestra

poor wifi signal, noisy air conditioning unit, noise from chickens outside, room on small side, no hooks in room to hang any clothes, staff friendly but failed to mention of all the add ons that are involved with the tours that they sell.

Find somewhere else to stay... Use this hotel as a last resort.....
Pros:

We stayed here for 6 Days, which was about 3 days too much. The Hotel is well located near the port on the main street. And it had free hot/cold water from water dispensors on each floor.

Cons:

We got a first floor room, so our window looked out onto the fire escape. So it always had to be closed and we had no sun in the morning. The staff were absolutely not helpful. We stayed here for 6 days, so during our stay we rented a scooter and went to several different beaches. We got beach towels for those excursions. We were never told that there was a charge for them. they also advertise a airport shuttle but its 250 php per person. So at the end of our stay we were surprised by a nice bill for towel rentals, when we had our own. They Never told us. Furthermore if you don't tell them to clean your room they won't. please remember that.. We had Breakfast included. I never had a WORST breakfast in all of the PH. We tried almost all their breakfast offering and they were ALL BAD.. TERRIBLE.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación cerca de lavanderías, restaurantes y el puerto.
Por error reservé el cuarto con liters y realmente era muy chiquito pero limpia.
Puedes reservar el transfert al areopuerto directamente a la recepción.
Todos muy amables.
