Pros:

They canceled us very last minute and I am still trying to get my refund. I had to scramble for another suitable place the week of our trip for the Marine corps marathon. Insulting that I still got reminders to Check in, check out and rate the stay. Pretty unprofessional.

Not the owners fault the cleaners need to do better

The view and that’s it

Cons:

It doesn’t look like the pictures the place looked like the cleaners only went in to make the beds nothing else it still had food from the last people in the floors dishwasher had built up food the stand up shower felt as if you would fall through other peoples hair was everywhere it was upsetting as we were there for my daughters 16th birthday trip we left after three days it was booked for 10

There are no Tvs in the rooms. Master bedroom, no bathroom.

The space was nice, convenient to the metro. Nice walking area. The folks at the facility were nice and helpful.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The parking garage is hard to get out of. There is no signage. The balcony was a little scary; it’s very small and tight.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

The location was right next to the metro station and lots of wonderful restuarants. We were easily able to take the metro into DC to visit all the sites. The apartment was spacious giving my family plenty of room and the neighborhood was quiet making it easy to sleep well after a day sight seeing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The frdige didn't make ice.
