No bidet
Nice little coffee shop across the road and walking distance to SM Mall
Asked to change rooms because of traffic noise and noisy leaking a/c, found one staff member to be a bit condescending. Room I was moved to was somewhat quieter but had no hot water, when I asked about it the only answer I got was "it's under maintenance".
It is completely different from the RedDoorz room I stayed in in the past. Is it a counterfeit brand and used someone else's photo?
Nothing... NOTHING AT ALL!... NON REFUNDABLE WHICH WAS CHEAP... but not that cheap..
I BOOKED AT MJ CUENCO STREET AND WHEN I CAME THERE Express Inn told me I did not have a booking with RedDoorz MJ CUENCO.. I checked my booking online and it was still there.. same hotel, same street.. later I was informed that my booking was transferred to another hotel without me knowing.. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO INFORM ME. What a waste of money, time and energy.. if you'd like to book express inn.. book ii at the hotel not at redDoorz.
