Gorgeous boutique hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

No. 9 is in a great location, is well set up and catered for everything we needed. Including a complementary laundry which was very convenient. Wifi was fast and easy to access, staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arranged an after hours check-in which they explained clearly and all went smoothly.

Cons:

If I had any criticism, it could only be the bathroom as it was quite small in particular but the water pressure was great and the shower was quite refreshing. The other thing we noticed was that we heard other guests around us and as I was recovering from a cold, I was coughing quite a but which other guests no doubt hear as well

Pros:

Excellent location 5 mins walk from King's Cross Station. Close to a couple small supermarkets and lots of cafes.
The shower is hot and powerful, bed is comfy, fridge and kettle in room.

Cons:

Bathroom is very small and cramped.

Pros:

Location was great, close to train stop and restaurants,cafes.

Cons:

Smallest bathroom/shower ive ever had to use. It was so uncomfortable. Room was also very tiny. Lifts only till 3rd floor. Had to climb a flight if stairs with luggage.

Stylish comfortable accommodation in a great Kings Cross location
Pros:

Great location, short walk to King's Cross station. Very stylish accommodation. Beautiful building, very comfortable rooms with hanging space and quality amenities ( although the bathroom could be a bit of a squeeze for some people). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Has potential.
Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful old buildings. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The fresh paint smell was over powering.
The facilities bins were right outside our window, with people using them early morning when we were trying to sleep. Also meant that we couldn’t air the room for the paint smell as there were no fly screens.
Carpet offcuts causing a trip hazard at the emergency exit.
Shower flow is greater than drain can handle, causing bathroom to be inundated with water.
Cockroaches running around in corridor, no doubt as a result of bins being so close to back door. Overall appearance though was clean and tidy.
