Nice little hotel close to High Street, close to transport, walk to the city, ideal for short stay
Pros:

When we arrived the lady gave us a dark ground floor room where the bathroom light wasn't working. When I told her, she said it had been fixed (it hadn't) but she then gave us a room on the 4th floor that was nice and bright. We walked from Hyde Park back to the Hotel, and there is a bus outside to get to town and a train station direct to the bus station. I would say this hotel is good for travelers like us, passing through and on a budget, the rooms are small but clean.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small, but if you are just using the room to sleep, its fine. Although you are not far from the main area and busy bar, our room was quiet.

Cons:

Stayed here twice before and after a cruise. First room was right by the rubbish bins that would get emptied at 6am
2nd room aircon was leaking causing wall paper to rip.

Did not look like the booking.com photos

Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room was quite dirty and dusty. The pictures of the room definitely were taken to make it look bigger than it was! The noise of the renovations so early in the morning was really annoying.

Very enjoyable.Good to be in an area with excellent bars and restaurants.
Pros:

The location is perfect.After a day out exploring, it was good to relax in one of the restaurants or bars across the road from the hotel.There is also a very good supermarket opposite where we bought our breakfasts. The bed in our room was very soft and comfy too.

Cons:

The room and bathroom was a bit cramped but otherwise OK.

Good value close to Sydney
Pros:

Location is good. Easy access to King Cross station one stop to Martin Place.
Property is a bit tired and not amazingly clean but you get what you pay for and the room rate is fair taking that into consideration.

Pros:

Close to shops amenities with dine in out food and pubs all within walking distance

Cons:

The shower cubicle was small and hard to squeeze into shower head was fixed and extremely low even for a 6ft tall person had to duck right down to wash hair lots of light pollution from window and door
