Old upholstery but they are remodeling

The room was on level 4. The lift only went to level 3. Then there was a climb up some very narrow and steep stairs making it difficult even with small travel bag. The room was ok but the bathroom was absolutely terrible. It was the smallest bathroom we have ever experienced in all our travels. The toilet was right in the doorway and it was a squeeze to get to the sink and shower. If anyone was on the toilet no one else could enter the room. It was totally unsatisfactory and questionable whether it was in any way compliant with regulations. Never stay there again.

有很多细节要改善：1）冰箱坏了，不制冷，我们住了几天后发现冰箱不制冷，平时又出去玩的比较早回的比较晚几乎没有见到前台工作人员，只能发邮件，最终也没有解决。 2）浴室没有挂衣服的钩子，洗手池很小，上面放点牙刷洗面奶就不能放其他东西了，换洗衣服只能放在洗手池下面的小隔板上，那上面还放着浴巾。3）wifi很差，能连上但根本刷不了视频 ，最后还是用自己流量 4）电视是google tv ，要注册google账户 ，然后因为wifi不好，还不能进行投屏

The bathroom was a bit small.

After visiting the property for a number of years , we were very dissappointed that the booked room was not what we had requested , we were not advised that major upgrades were being carried out on a rolling basis .
It would have been better to have closed the hotel completely and refurbished .

I appreciate this building is under refurbishment so there will always be a few hiccups .
The chap at the desk said he was bumping me up to better room Rm 105 was super quant .
After a full day of travel all I need was a good meal, TV (not working) and sleep.

Unfortunately there was very loud hammer and drilling noises from 7am. You could literally feel the vibration from the power tools. This wasn’t communicated when checking in and unfortunately interrupted what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

Nothing, everything was great!

The only thing we can fault was that the shower door leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. We asked for extra towels and reception was happy to provide.

- Des cafards dans la salle de bain
- - Des travaux des le matin qui commence à 7h dans le 2nd étage donc impossibilité de faire une grasse matinée
- - Qu’un seul ticket de parking d’un jour alors que mon séjour était de deux jours (j’ai dû payer en plus sur booking et payer 30 dollars lors que je sortait du parking)

The 4 th floor attic room was so small we had to sit sideways on the toilet! Steep stairs

The previous two rooms were really sub standard, the second room had a toilet in the doorway of the bathroom with less than 30cm ro pass to get to the shower. All fine edges and details had dirt or colour in them not associated with clean. The shower edges were dirty, the bed side lamp switches had dirt residue around them. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which was at no time.e communicated during the booking process or through our stay? It was noisy!

The bathroom is a little cramped but perfectly functional and fine for a short stay.
