Cleanliness/ventilation was poor. Exhaust Fan was not working. Ceiling fan was slow. No TV in room

Great value and very friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, basic but comfortable room, good wifi, decent location on the main road in/out of Mingora, great value for money especially with breakfast included.

Cons:

It's no frills but for one night as a transit point for getting to Swat Valley or Islamabad it's ideal.
