Cons:

I arrived before the official checkin time, and before I could even leave the taxi the staff already told me in a rude tone that I wasn‘t welcome until the checkin time. The room felt like a time travel back to the fifties in a communist country, and I think that everything except for the TV screen is still from this era.

Nice stay
Pros:

Great stay, nice staff, clean, and comfortable spacious room. Convenient local taxi transport to Phang Nga Bay to enjoy a beautiful day on the water. Great early morning buns and rice soup across the street.

Pleasant
Pros:

The restaurant owner and chef was super friendly. The coffee was amazing, true barista style. The food delicious. The whole restaurant is very modern and stylish, the rooms are rather shabby and outdated, clean though.
The receptionist was completely clueless and not helpful at all, doesn't speak English....but the restaurant owner helped us out and is a great assett to the whole place.
