Amazing views and great location for a great price.
Pros:

Amazing location in La Jolla. Clean, comfortable, and more updated than expected based on reviews. Spacious room and perfect for a weekend getaway. Loved the hot tub and listening to the ocean all night. Bed definitely is older but was comfortable and the location , views and property made up for it.

Fabulous location with stunning sunset view- we will be back
Pros:

Location - staff (Barbie, Jack and JP) so friendly and helpful
Apt was good - only slight downside was no air con - however cool with windows open

Cons:

No air con and had to find parking nearby but cannot fault the location

My sincere review.
Pros:

I liked the value, location, and the quiet at nights.

Cons:

I didn't like the noise of the construction next door, the whistling sound the shower made while water was running, and that there was only decaffeinated coffee available in the kitchen.

Nice place with excellent view
Pros:

This is a time share and located by La Jolla beach. Excellent access to beach, only a few steps away. I stayed at a studio and it was spacious with kichen, livingroom, dinning table and bathroom. Good enough for a short/long stay. At arrival, I was stunned by the parking instructions. Basically, they don’t have a designated parking for customers, you just need to find parking space on the curbside. Fortunately, I was able to find it each time, but certainly not comfortable. Besides the parking issue, I would recommend this place for everyone.

We had a marvelous time at casa de la playa facing the ocean from our living room. That was the perfect scenery for celebrating our son’s graduation from college and reflecting on passing times

Pros:

I had a great stay at the Casa De La Playa. It is in a quiet, scenic part of town. The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are reasonably priced and comfortable. Would happily book again.

Beautiful location and amazing value!
Pros:

Adorable property right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Really the perfect La Jolla location. Incredibly kind staff and amazing value.

Cons:

There was some leftover sand from the previous guest on the ground but perfectly clean and comfortable otherwise.

nice location but rooms need upgrades. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and floors were dirty upon our arrival. Everything else was okay.
