Still quite a good hotel but expensive and used to be better.
Pros:

We have stayed here many years ago and the hotel is an elegant comfortable place

Cons:

The hotel has been updated over the last 25 years and we had a small room with no carpet. Breakfast wasn't too well cooked, So the hotel was expensive for what it now offers

A lovely hotel in a stunning location.
Pros:

A very comfortable room with great views over the canal. Stunning location as only a few minutes walk from the main historic square. A short walk to all of the historic sights in old Bruges. We had a warm welcome upon our arrival and the reception guy took us and our luggage to our room. We plan to stay here in February 2027.

Cons:

We didn't have the breakfast or dinner in the hotel as they were quite expensive.
