Very reasonable price for the short notice. Everyone was polite and cordial

Basic but functional and quite acceptable for what it is.
Pros:

Conveniently located and zero fuss. Decent air conditioning either hit or cold and a secure room. Fairly clean.
No breakfast but breakfasts in places like this are always dreadful so it’s better not to be paying for something you won’t enjoy! I’d go back.

water tab in bathroom is broken and water drainage in bath is not working properly. staff doesn't care about it.

Not well cleaned, food left in fridge from prior guest
Floor in room was uneven therefore beds were very in even

The beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Other than the bed and sheets, the room was dirty. I used a washcloth to wash off the top of the cabinet the TV sat on because it was gritty with dust, and the wall & doorframe had smears of what I hope was chocolate. There was a goldfish cracker behind the door and a long hair on the shower wall.

I would choose another hotel if going through the area.
Pros:

The owner was nice. Room included a coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator.

Cons:

No pillowcases on pillows--and they looked like they need to be replaced; Only 2 bath towels--also very thin and need to be replaced (no washcloths or hand towels); floor was dirty, especially in bathroom; originally I was given a key to an occupied room--scared both of us.
