Good value
Pros:

Good location. Despite being in the centre of town, it was very quiet at night. Free coffee in the morning was a nice bonus.

Cons:

They have 24-hour front desk, but only allowed check-in until 10:30pm. Our flight was delayed, which is a rather common occurrence these days, we almost missed the check in window.

Estancia muy placentera
Pros:

La ubicación de hotel es muy buena, tiene cerca las letras de Curacao, el puente, el paradero y todas las tiendas de souvenirs. Definitivamente es un gran lugar para quedarse, las instalaciones son limpias y el personal es muy amable siempre. Me sentí como en casa volvería sin dudarlo.

Pros:

Me gustó el servicio de algunos empleados. Algunos de ellos fueron muy amables y empaticos, incluso cuando ya habiamos hecho el check-out.

Cons:

No me gustó que al subirme al elevador/ascensor, nadie nos había explicado como funcionaba. No sabíamos que teníamos que usar la llave de la habitacion para que pudiera funcionar. Adicional a eso, una de las empleadas se dió cuenta de lo que estaba pasando y en vez de ayudarnos solo se quedó mirando y burlandose. Le faltó empatía y respeto.
