Goed hotel in centrum Punda
Pros:

*Vriendelijk personeel.
*Heel centraal in Centrum Punda
*Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Cons:

Inchecken 15:30 uitchecken 11:00
Bij vertrek waren onze kamers al om 10:30 afgesloten en konden we onze bagage niet eruit halen. Naar de lobby voor unlock werd gezegd.

Está bien ubicada en el centro, por el costo accesible me parece que está bien

Cons:

El colchón podría ser renovado, tiene sectores donde te hundís. El dormitorio dio para el lado de un callejón,donde para el dealer, está todo el día con música vendiendo sus sustancias.

Pros:

La ubicación esta excelente, cerca a lugares para comer muy bien. La atención de la recepcionista muy clara, muy buena. Tiene espacio de trabajo, donde mi amiga pudo realizar reuniones de trabajo.

Cons:

A la habitación le hace falta tener entrepaños para poner la ropa, tiene 4 ganchos para colgar y no hay donde ponerla para sacar las prendas, todo el tiempo debe quedar dentro de la maleta.

Pros:

The location is really good, as it's within walking distance to both bus terminals Punda (the closest one) and Otrobanda at the other side of the bridge.

The facilities are good enough and I felt safe despite the reviews regarding the surroundings.

The staff was somewhat helpful and nive, but most of the time I had no issues with them at all.

Cons:

I noticed my backpack was open as I shot my personal belongings as well as the closure of the safe every single day I left the room and whenever I came back after my daily itinerary. Fortunately, no valuables were stored at my backpack and nothing was taken away.

Besides, I asked the lady at the reception to book me a taxi to pick up early morning to take me to the airport. One day before I made sure the booking was confirmed. On the day of the departure, The taxi didn't show up as she made a mistake to book a 4:15 PM pick up and not a 4:15 AM, as I requested

The guy at the reception corrected the mistake and booked a pick up in no time and everything was alright at the end of the day. Sometimes it happens!

Pros:

Me encantó el trato. Principalmente de la colaboradora Paty de recepción. Es súper amable, contagia de una energía alegre. Súper chineadora.

Cons:

Que la caja de seguridad no funcionó, el aire a veces funcionaba bien otras no tanto y la limpieza no era la ideal. Nunca cambiaron las sábanas.
