Jeigu būsite apgyvendintas renovuotoje viešbučio dalyje, tikiu, kad atostogos bus tobulos.

Pusryčiai nuostabūs, pranoko lūkesčius. Personalas labai paslaugus. Spa kompleksas nuostabus, baseinas didelis, didelis pasirinkimas pirčių. Vieta puiki. Lauko terasa gražiai įrengta.

Cons:

Viešbutis dalinai atnaujintas. Mūsų kambarys buvo senoje, nerenovuotoje viešbučio dalyje, tad kambarys kiek nuvylė. Seni baldai, vaiko lova įkišta į kampą, nepatogi, nuotraukose to nesimatė. Kiekvieną rytą nuo 6 val. kambarys būdavo pilnas įvairiausių virtuvės kvapų, kas tikrai nedžiugino.

Sumptuous spa hotel with great breakfast
Pros:

This is a cosy, spa and wellness-focussed luxury alpine hotel. The breakfast was really delicious including homemade sourdough baked goods and kombucha, in a room with huge windows so we could enjoy the snowfall. The spa is wonderful, with a big pool, jacuzzi, multiple sauna/steam options. It never felt busy and we wound down from skiing there every day. The hotel staff were really friendly. The rooms were lovely, and had ample storage space plus a sitting area and balcony. The whole hotel was clean, cosy and smelled great. The bar was great, delicious cocktails and such a cosy space. Whether or not you were skiing, being in the hotel was an absolute treat.

Cons:

The only critique that we had with the hotel is that it's a good 15 minute walk from any of the ski lifts and we probably wouldn't stay here again for this reason alone. One day one of our party was unwell and the hotel wouldn't send their transfer even on an exceptional basis - the distance felt really far that day. We also wouldn't re-book the 'Matterhorn view' rooms - we didn't see it 5/6 days of our stay because of the snow so it wasn't worth the additional charge.
