Personal: ausnahmslos sehr nett und freundlich - Lage ist top

Cons:

Entgegen des Eindrucks der Website ist es leider KEIN modern-alpines Hotel, sondern in Großteilen 80er Jahre abgewohnt. In der Deluxe Suite mit Matterhorn-Blick kann man noch nicht einmal in der Badewanne stehend duschen :-( Beim angeblich außergewöhnlich guten Frühstück (das Brot aus der eigenen Bäckerei ist in der Tat sehr gut!) schwimmt das (Fertig-?!)rührei teils flüssig in der Schale (siehe Foto)

Luxury in details!
Pros:

The hotel experience was exceptional. The staff super professional and knows everything to detail. They have well read the needs and knew everything one step ahead. Special applause to Katie in reception!
The spa is super calm and relaxing, there is no time limits to enjoy it during the whole day.

Cons:

The bed matrase was super soft and comfortable but it has been a bit worn so one side of it was lover than the other. It would need to be replaced and I am sure the hotel will solve it asap (room 46)

Our stay was super great and we look forward to a return.
Pros:

The location for what we wanted was great. Breakfast each morning was consistent and wholesome. The spa was a treat each night to relax before sleep time.

Cons:

There wasn't much to not like.

Perfect cosy ski getaway spot
Pros:

Perfect relaxing ski getaway. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Facilities were beautiful, with the spa being a highlight. Breakfast was excellent, as was the onsite bakery.

Unreal atmosphere with friendly staff
Pros:

An unreal winter ski hotel – everything about the stay was exceptional. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and stunning snowy mountain views. The hotel was warm, cozy, and beautifully set up for winter, making it the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. The atmosphere, comfort, and overall experience exceeded expectations. Would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing, could do with a Gym though!
