Too much cost but no basic facilities. Slow service and electricity current in bathroom.

I have booked this property from booking.com. I have checked for one or two people it was showing same price. But due to hurry I forgot to put 2 adult I just put 1 adult. When we reached to hotel staff said you only booked for one people so you have to pay your wife’s extra charge 1,500/- I told her that price money was same for one or two people and we don’t want extra mattress then also she charged me extra money for my wife’s stay of two days.

After going inside room electricity went after 10-15 min. We call to room service but they took too much time for coming. So service was late.

In the morning my daughter who is 4 year old got electric shock in the bathroom. So I and my wife checked. Really there was electric shock in the bathroom near commode and spray area. We called staff and after he checked there was really electric current which was very much dangerous for kids. He fixed it after some time. That’s why my stay at this place was very bad.

Didn't have a stay. Fern canceled our reservation without communication with me about it.
Pros:

The Fern did not accommodate us AT ALL. On the day of the reservation, I called to confirm and they said that we could not have our EIGHT ROOMS that we required. They actually told us we needed to stay at the Royal Orchid hotel just down the street!
There was not much explanation to me as to why they did that.

Cons:

Our long-reserved reservation was not honored.
