Worst.. Worst.. Worst forever
Pros:

Worst experience ever. This would make international experience of booking.com to worse stage. I think, your staff should visit the hotel before asking for letting our the property. Your sales staff has been the worst as this premises doesn't meet the standards of booking.com

Cons:

1) Rooms are stinking
2) Parking is left in open sun and huge risk in parking in that place
3) Mosquitoes have sucked 100ml of my blood
4) No towels
5) Bedsheets sucks

After accepting the booking, they refused to provide a room saying no rooms are vacant, at night 1 am I had roam around in an unknown City, if they don't have rooms why do they accept bookings , the connection says busy everytime I call them via booking id number given by booking.com, they asked me to go their different branch of the same hotel, it was a below standard room with dirty bedsheet and pillow covers , the bathroom were not well maintained on top of that very rude staffs who talk to you very rudely.i will never use booking.com in my life after this experience. One of the worst

I was skeptical after getting scammed by so many hotels but this is very refreshing.
Pros:

Extremely clean and supportive staff. No bugs and mosquitoes. Well maintained. No scamming for money at this hotel. Hot water. Super prime location.

Cons:

A/c was working fine, but could have been slightly better.

Please take care of the room there are rats and lizard 🦎 🙄 this should not happen

So when I checked in there was a lizard in the first room then the staff give me the other room and it was fine

Then what happened in after noon I was watching movie and I saw this rat came from some where I don't know this is not good and acceptable at all Please look forward this hygen please thank you
