Pros:

Highly recommend this place. It was very affordable and in a great location, close to lots of restaurants. One thing that was especially convenient was that the bus we took out of Mũi Né to get to Đà Lạt picked us up directly from the hotel, which made traveling so much easier.
The female owner was incredibly sweet and polite. When we first arrived, she even brought us a plate of fresh cut fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was extremely spacious, and we also had our own little seating area outside. We didn’t use it much at night, but it was still really nice to have the option.
The hot water worked well, the AC was great, and overall the stay was very comfortable. The only small thing I’d mention is that the shower pressure in the bathroom could be improved, but honestly, I was just happy to have reliable hot water. Also they offer a water bottle fill station.
Overall, this is a super affordable and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Mũi Né.

Cons:

There is a fan in the room which we didn't need to use because we used the ac but the fan needs to be cleaned.

Pros:

The staff was so friendly! They make you feel like in home!!! The place was really chill, excellent location, front of the beach, and the room was big and confortable, the toilet was also nice, definitely I’ll choose it again

Un lieu où on se sent bien
Pros:

Chambre, salle d'eau et linge de maison très propres.
Literie et oreillers confortables.
Table, chaises, table de chevet, plan de travail avec évier, armoire, porte-manteau... de quoi poser nos affaires.
Jardin, aménagement extérieur et lieux communs agréables.
Environnement calme.
Lac est vraiment adorable. Elle répond à nos questions et nos besoins avec bonne humeur et professionnalisme.
Accueil à l'arrivée avec une assiette de fruits frais.
Le restaurant proche de la guesthouse, Sunset on the Beach, qu'elle partage avec sa sœur, est une merveille culinaire à prix raisonnable.

Cons:

Douche froide.
La douche est située juste à l'entrée de la salle d'eau, le WC est au fond.
Une raclette serait nécessaire pour un sol moins mouillé après la douche.
L'extracteur de climatisation vibrait fort sur la façade extérieure. Il était très bruyant jusque dans la chambre et perturbait le sommeil malgré les bouchons d'oreilles. Vraiment désagréable.
Pas d'accès à la plage à proximité.
La majorité des clients ne prennent pas soin des lieux communs et en particulier de la cuisine. Ils ne nettoient pas après son utilisation.
La grande table était toujours sale.
Manque de savoir vivre des clients en communauté. Ceci n'est pas spécifique à cette guesthouse.
