Sehr freundliche Betreuung und gutes Kosten/Nutzen Verhältnis
Pros:

Extrem freundliches Personal. Die Managerin Lissette hat versucht mir für das lange Week-end des 1. Mai eine weitere Übernachtung in Bocas del Toro zu organisieren. Ich habe das sehr geschätzt. Die Einrichtung, der grosszügige Platz im Zimmer und das gute Frühstück waren ganz in meinem Interesse.

Pros:

Le seul point positif etait la receptionniste tres accueillante. Douche avec un filet d'eau soit trop froide ou trop chaude, impossible de se laver les cheveux pendant 4 jours, coupure d'eau a partir de 9h aussi. Une chaleur etouffante dans la chambre exigue (10 m2 pour 4 personnes avec seulement 20 cm entre les lits pour passer). La climatisation s'arretait au bout de 5min avec le bruit d'un moteur de voiture, seule une fenetre qui donnait sur une citerne. Attention prevoir que les serviettes ne seront pas changees, ni les poubelles videes, la chambre n'est pas faite, cela correspond plutot a une auberge type dortoir. Seul point positif au bar le cocktail a 3$ en after hour avant 19h, la pina colada est bonne, le mojito pas bon. Par contre on avait choisi cet hotel pour le calme et ce n'est pas du tout le cas, on entendait un telephone avec video tous les soirs avec le son a fond jusqu'a 22h.
