I booked for 3 people but staff said its for 2 . Bedsheets were dirty and had holes in it. Bathroom was dirty AF and everything looks shady

At the time of booking my account shows that you have to pay rupees 2190 but when I reached there they were demanded 3500 at the end they have taken rupees 3000. It shouldn't happen if one has pre booked the room.
