It was NOT the room I paid for, I paid “Superior Queen” got a small Double bed room, grubby and unclean throughout, took lots of photos. Booking.com needs to remove this hotel, receptionist told me the photo of the room is not their hotel. No fresh towels until last day, had to ask. Shower doors broken so couldn’t close them, toilet seat broken, lots of marks all over walls and signs of flooding damage. Bare electrical wires visible. No tea/coffee/sugar/tea spoon etc a complete joke.

Su ubicación cerca al terminal de trenes muy buena, hicimos prácticamente casi todo el circuito turístico a pie.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Recomendo. Quarto e limpeza ótimos. Atendentes não são fluentes em inglês.
Pros:

O quarto atende as expectativas, é simples, mas muito confortável, a limpeza é excelente. Não possui grandes luxos, mas é ideal para quem deseja viajar com custo-benefício. A única questão do quarto em que fiquei é que o frigobar não estava gelando, logo, as bebidas que comprei não podiam ser geladas. Um ponto de atenção que fica para todos: os atendentes não possuem inglês intermediário, é possível se comunicar com eles, mas com certa dificuldade e entraves na conversa, necessitando do amparo e uso de tradutores.

Cons:

O frigobar deve ser revisto para que esteja funcionando para o próximo hóspede e o inglês dos atendentes pode melhorar - visto tratar-se de um hotel que se diz fluente...

Cons:

Nous étions dans une chambre où les volets étaient fermés et nous ne pouvions pas les ouvrir . Nous étions clairement sans lumière du jour . La fenêtre de la salle de bain était cassée (heureusement qu il faisait chaud) le personnel est venu la réparer vite fait bien fait. Pas de porte dans la douche donc nous inondions à chaque douche car pas de pommeau non plus . Et les prises n’étaient pas aux normes du tout

Los olores al llegar a la recepción y a los pasillos no nos gustó. Aparte estaba mojado el piso de la habitación. Hacía mucho calor y el aire no funcionaba solo habían ventiladores. Las cortinas demasiado viejas y sucias deben desmontada y mandar a lavar. Deberían de mandar fotos del ingreso del hotel, no fue lo que me espere. Es mas tuve que dejar el hotel al dia siguiente y no cumplí mi estancia completa que ya había pagado los 4 dias.le hice referencia a la recepción del hotel diciendole mi incomodidad y Me dijeron que me comunicara con booking y no lo logré nunca. Me fui a un airbnb y perdí ese dinero. Pague 583 euros esos 4 dias. De los cuales solo 1 dia use de la estadía.
