Sehr unpersönlich nicht lösungsorientiert
Cons:

Unpersönlich digitales check in, was grundsätzlich ja o.k. ist. Aber bei uns hat es nicht geklappt, wir haben dann 3x mit der digitalen Mitarbeiterin gesprochen und wurden nie zurückgerufen. Erst gegen 21.00 Uhr erreichten wir dann den Chef und wir konnten ins Zimmer. Bei unserer Beschwerde am nächsten Tag kam er nicht aus seinem Büro, sondern hat der Mitarbeiterin allein überlassen. Es gab keinerlei Einsicht oder Entgegenkommen.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel in bester Lage, sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer zu super fairen Preis. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Frühstück, Parkplatz mit Ladestation und super freundlich ( früher check-in war auch ohne Probleme möglich)!

Sehr freundliches Personal.Saubere Ordentliche Zimmer.

Cons:

Zum Flur hin etwas hellhörig,da überall Laminat liegt.Dadurch ist zwar der Boden sauber,aber man hört frühs leider viele Flurgeräusche.
