El personal muy atento, lo único que despues de reservar, cuando llegas allí, te comentan que no hay agua caliente, es algo que deberían avisar antes. La limpieza algo escasa en las zonas comunes, pero por el resto todo espectacular. El sitio perfecto y la gente encantadora!!!

La localizacion, pues todo me queda cerca el poblado las mejores playas y demas !

La localidad està en decadencia desde el cambio de dueño que es el mismo del West Coast Inn de Rincón, el cual cerro por la pobre calidad de su servicio y falta de mantenimiento, francamente soy cliente desde el 2018 y esta ultima experiencia desde Junio 2025 y Agosto fueron defectas, todo 1 año la pintura de los Apts a mitad ( da verguenza ajena ) las condiciones de los interiores malisimas, en està ocasion en el apt 102 que se me asigno luego de que se me cancelàra el apt 101 que fue el que habia separado y cuando llego a hacer check in me dicen que està cerrado por unas cama rota ( que en tanto tiempo tampoco pudieron reemplazarla ) pues en el Apt 102 que me dieron en sustitucion el horno en condiciones depeorables, roto y hasta sin limpiar, el aire del cuarto de 2 camas queen NO enfriaba, la faltaba una puerta al laundry ( donde està la pileta ) en fin una falta de matenimiento al lugar increibles, he visto decaer el lugar de manera demasiado rapida y es una verdader pena ya que hasta tuvieron que darme otro cuarto muy gentilmente las empleadas del lugar ( que son muy buenas by the way ) pq el aire del cuarto NO enfriaba, deberian darle mejor matenimiento al lugar, la grama mal cortada sin hacer las esquinas bien, cortan lo grueso y los bordes NO ( horrible eso ) en junio cuando fui NO estaba ni cortada en pleno verano, muy mal 🫤, asi que en general les digo; MANTENGA EL LUGAR SIJO MEJOR VENDALO A ALGUIEN QUE REALMENTE LE IMPORTE Y LE SE CARIÑO PQ ESTÀ FATAL, LE QUITARON HASTA LAS LUCES DE GUIRNALDAS EN LA PISCINA QUE LE DABA TREMENDA VISTA AL LUGAR 👎🏽

It was pretty awesome, for the most part.
Pros:

The view is amazing. The location is very good, it's not far from several different beaches.

Cons:

The power went out a few times during our stay, we understand that you have no control over the electricity so not a huge problem, and the staff allowed us to put our perishable foods in their fridge, very cool of them. There are bedbugs and roaches in the unit. The roaches weren't like an infestation, but they were definitely present. The bedbugs were a problem. We were bitten every night! We didn't have curtains on the balcony doors, so we used one of the blankets from a spare bed to ensure our privacy.

El personal muy amable

Cons:

El apartamento estaba regular: ventanas que no cierran arregladas con celo, mucho ruido, toallas sucias... Encontramos una cucaracha en la cocina.

La primera noche se fue la luz en el barrio y tardó un día en volver. En la política del apartamento no te devuelven el dinero.
