Dit was veruit het meest comfortabele bed tijdens mijn rondreis in Cambodja. Verder was de kamer ruim, sanitair goed en schoon en had het hotel een prima zwembad en een mooi vijver.
Het was ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen naar de stad. Op zich prima, maar voor het ontbijt vond ik dat net te ver. Dus wat mij betreft was het grootste nadeel dat er (nog?) geen ontbijt wist geserveerd
Modern, cozy and easy to find. The staff was helpful, allowing us to store the luggage after checkout.
Sehr neues und schönes Hotel. Bequeme Betten, schönes Bad, toller Pool, nettes Personal (obwohl wir oft den Translater benutzen mussten). Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah zum Zentrum.
Es fehlt der Hinweis, dass Zimmerservice nur auf Anfrage ist. Wird dann aber sofort erledigt.
This is a really wonderful place to stay, very clean and only a 10-15 minute walk to across to the other side of the river for a great selection of coffee, bars and restaurants. Most certainly great value for money.
Our only gripe is that there was no on-site food at all. This wasn't a problem on the days that we went out sight seeing, but when you spend the day lying by the lovely pool, it would be nice to be able to get a drink or a bite to eat. Maybe that is coming....?
La chambre est décorée avec goût, la douche est spacieuse et le lit agréable.

Un immeuble est en construction juste a côté, ce qui rend les sessions détente au bord de la piscine inconcevable, sauf si le bruit de la scie circulaire vous berce. Pas de service bar a la piscine, il faut aller dans un frigo a la réception. Il n'y a d'ailleurs que 6 transats autour de la piscine..
L'hôtel est certes loin du centre (20min a pied) ça se fait très bien en tuktuk pour moins de 1€, mais c'est juste qu'il n'y a pas grand chose autour, pas de café ou resto auxquels aller a pied
Mooie ruime en super schone kamer op een mooi terrein. Het bed was heerlijk en eindelijk eens niet te hard. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zwembad was heerlijk en omringd door mooie planten. Ligt in rustige wijk en maar op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum. Het feit dat er nu nog geen ontbijt is, is niet storend. Grab brengt het of op 15 minuutjes lopen. Er wordt hard gewerkt aan het restaurant en ook dat ziet er super leuk uit.

Logement très propre, piscine agréable, environnement calme la journée et parfois des travaux car l’hôtel n’est pas finit entièrement.
Le personnel est accueillant et à notre écoute.
Dommage pas de possibilité de manger sur place car pas de restaurant encore construit.
Pas de passages tous les jours pour changer les serviettes et nettoyer le logement.
Toute fois, une partie de la clientèle de l’hôtel sont des hommes seuls qui peuvent parfois avoir des regards insistant dans la piscine…
Très bel établissement, grande chambre tout confort (j’ai adoré les oreillers), jolie piscine et beau jardin … l’hôtel est récent et le restaurant n’est pas encore terminé, mais une fois que tout sera prêt il sera au top ! A 5 minutes en tuk-tuk du centre de Kampot. Personnel très gentil.
Difficulté à communiquer oralement avec le personnel car il ne maîtrise pas bien l’anglais, mais par message / mail ça se passe très bien.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas encore de petit déjeuner.
Il faudrait un porte savon dans la salle de bain parce qu’on ne sait pas où le poser.
Beautiful rooms and pool area, a large seating area and fish pond.
The bed and bedding was very comfortable so our week stay was bliss.
The pool was refreshing and caught a lot of sunlight during the day.
The fridge with water and beers for sale was handy.
The shower room was spacious and good water pressure. The mirrors were fabulous and the balcony with seating was perfect for slow afternoons or mornings.
Really snuggly dressing gowns and slippers.
Great efficient and gorgeous scented laundry service for a good price.
Kettle and coffee in the room.
Last but not least, the reception staff brought us free coconuts by the pool which were refreshing and a beautiful touch!! Thank you!
The lack of restaurant or bar really lowered our score for this hotel. I understand if it is new, but with the location being out of town across the old bridge which isn’t comfortably walkable, we had to eat out & order takeaway and do a lot of planning to bring breakfast/lunch/snacks/beers from a shop in town the previous day to maximise on sunlight at the pool.
We had ants which the staff helped to sort, and while they regularly changed bedding and tidied, some little things would have gone a long way (like a soap dish, a towel rail by the sink).
Our fridge also did not work when the keycard wasn’t in the room due to the electrics, and it turned out it wasn’t working at all by the last day. Similarly, the lock on our door was “low battery” so we couldn’t access with our card on an occasion.
Lastly, over the course of the week, the pool became dirty and had many flies and a greasy film. This is likely due to people not showering before entering, however there was little maintenance or filtering of the pool which reduced our enjoyment.
That being said, it’s a beautiful boutique hotel for a very reasonable price and minor adjustments (plus a restaurant / bar!) would make it a little slice of heaven in Kampot.
