Muy buen lugar en el centro de Valle
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento. Nos trataron muy bien en todo momento!
Está muy bien ubicado en el centro, se llega caminando al mercado de artesanías.
Aunque está en el centro no hay mucho ruido, solo el ruido de la gente que pasa o los carros que entran al estacionamiento, ya que los cuartos dan directo al estacionamiento.

Cons:

Las mascotas se pagan extra. Aunque nos dijeron que en Booking viene la opción de pagar la tarifa de mascotas, nunca encontré esa opción y pagamos llegando.

Pros:

La atención de su personal es muy buena y su disposición de hacer sentir bien a huésped es sobresaliente.., el detalle del lavado del auto es muy bueno..!!, Muchísimas Gracias..!!

Si bien la infraestructura es rústica, hay deterioro significativo en puertas y ventanas de madera, que pueden ser renovadas y ajustadas..

Huge room and great amenities
Pros:

We did not stay with a pet and cannot comment on this aspect of the hotel, but as regular guests it was a great place to stay. The room was massive and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided helpful amenities and beautiful touches to make the room feel homey. The bathroom was large and we had hot water with great pressure. The main hotel across the street has a nice restaurant with live music and they offer spa services. You can even reserve a time for the hot tub for no additional fee.

Cons:

The location is a bit far away from the main plaza and the majority of the restaurants, but we didn't mind the 15 minute walk.

Pros:

We like the room because it was clean and quite . We enjoyed our stay and the restaurant food and servicw was really good. We had a trip around Valle de Bravo, it was awesome to walk around the important places and hike to Pera and go to the waterfalls, explanation and personalize trip was good, the guide was very organize with the activities and patiente to wait for us in each of the places we visited and he was very kindl.

Cons:

The coordination of the trip, we paid a trip, I think the frontdesk should be better to coordinate the activities that the hotel offer, and improve the communication between the Customers and taxi driver, since she just mentioned that we can select the time for our trip, however she haven't consider the time that the taxi driver will take to the hotel and some streets were closed so he will take more time to arrives, and she hasn't explain us just said he was coming but it will be better that she let us know that he will spent 2 hrs to arrivi for us and we expect that but she never was clear with us, I suggest that the front desk will be clear with the communication and express confidence with the customers and the activities.
