Very interesting housing complex/estate (gated community) in a faux Italian style design with canals.
Very helpfull owner/hostess who made us feel very welcome.

A very beautifully maintained elegant 3 storey apartment in a stunning location on the canals. Easy to find with signposts and numbers.
You have all of the spacious top floor which includes a balcony with French doors overlooking the canal - sublime 🥰
Your bathroom is on the second floor with toiletries and towels provided.
Bed is comfortable and there’s plenty of lounge chairs plus outside stools at a fixed bench and a chair.
Tea, herbal tea, coffee pod machine and pods, coffee bags, milk, sugar, filtered water was generously provided with bonuses tucked in the fridge.
Walking around the place, gardens and apartments are stunning and very prettily ornate. Truly a beautiful space.
The beach is an easy few minutes walk away with The Cut being a bit further. There’s a combined grocery / coffee / prepared food / alcohol shop. A hairdresser who did a beautiful cut and colour on my hair. La Belle Cafe with yummy food and even a coffee van at Avalon Beach. All walking distance around this beautiful apartment.
The owner is a treasure. Very friendly, kind and generous ~ thank you for making my stay so relaxing and ease filled 🙏☺️xx
The only thing I can think of is it’s not quite set up for self catering but there was a kettle, small fridge and microwave. Was offered the use of the owners kitchen but I chose to remain in my space as I do travel with my own things.
It is like staying in a luxury apartment in Venice, Italy. Yet quiet with canal views and a lovely little balcony.
There is nothing that can be done about it but guests should be aware that the bathroom is down a flight of stairs.
