Enjoyed this location and the host!
Pros:

I loved this location. The host was outside awaiting our arrival. Views of the sea lions from the window were great. We were able to walk to everything.

Perfect location on San Cristobal. Lovely Room Great Price
Pros:

Excellent location on the waterfront in San Cristobal. Close to all the town's amenities only a few steps away. Wifi was good. Room was modern. I would not hesitate to return.

Substandard experience, rude receptionist
Pros:

The bed was great, the AC worked well.

Cons:

The address in booking.com does not match the actual location, when we told the receptionist he said it was the first time he heard about the problem, when we showed him he dismissively waved it off.

We got to our room, which has no natural sunlight, it has one window to the hallway and another to some half enclosed outside area. In the bathroom we found a clearly dirty towel, when we presented it to the receptionist his answer was that it was for the floor which was the reason it was dirty, when I said I would like a clean towel for the bathroom floor he started arguing about it, when I kept asking for a new one he got clearly annoyed and eventually gave us a clean one.

When we went to the kitchen, which is presented in photographs on booking.com, we were told by the receptionist that the kitchen belonged to a different hotel, despite being in the immediate vicinity of our room.

In general a very rude tone from the receptionist and substandard cleanliness, advertised kitchen is not usable.

We stayed at two other accommodations during our stay in Galapagos, both were cheaper and with a much better standard and service.
