Excellent
Pros:

Hayley the owner was fantastic, very hands on to make sure everything was perfect for us. You could not fault the room, breakfast and location.

Cons:

The room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea and very quiet and warm as we went the end of February

Absolutely fantastic.
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, I could not believe the quality of the ingredients and the choice.
The dining area was so clean and the decor was stunning. The views outside just added to the experience.
Hayley and her staff were so friendly and thoughtful I couldn't fault anything.

Cons:

There is nothing i would have changed. Choice of food, time of breakfast and location had all been addressed.

Pros:

A really great stay - the place was really professionally run. The lounge/breakfast bar was a nice place to sit and rest/eat. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean.

Really liked the location as it afforded a great view of both ends of Llandudno Bay. Room had a view of the front with a big window, which was great and made the most of it.

Breakfast was high quality and good choice.

Lovely comfortable stay, and a lovely welcoming host
Pros:

Lovely seafront hotel. Lovely owner, very welcoming and informative. Very clean, great facilities. Beautiful fresh cooked breakfast. The surrounding area is very nice, lots of lovely bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Would have preferred a sea view room but the family room we needed was at the back.

I was a little stressed about parking as there was nowhere to park at the front of the hotel, was treated kindly when I explained I’m not the most proficient at parking! Thankfully had a parking space in the hotel car park

Loved it , Hayley was a great host and sent us to great restaurants . The town has a lot to offer
Pros:

Beautiful room, attentive informative host who was very helpful about places to eat, hotel very clean with nice lounge area, lovely decor. Plentiful and varied breakfast choice with lovely staff, we could not find a negative with number 5 and would love to return. Hayley was a lovely host and went the extra mile for my wife’s birthday and Llandudno is certainly a gem

Pros:

Hotel No 5 is a beautiful place to stay - cosy friendly and contemporary. It has everything you need and our breakfast was delicious. We would definitely like to return and will recommend to our friends and family. Thank you!

On the whole we were very satisfied and ext time we will opt for the bigger room.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The proprietor was lovely, friendly it not over the top. The layout and cleanliness was above reproach. The food was well presented and although we are not breakfast people it all looked fresh and delicious.

Cons:

Our room was a little bit too small for us. Beautifully clean and comfy bed but we like a little more room especially in the en-suite. Also the stairs were quite narrow and not that well lit.
