Location of hotel and the breakfast.
The way the hotel manager greeted us on arrival. We were parking when Hayley told my wife she couldn't park in the car park. my wife told her we were booked into the hotel and then Hayley asked for our names. Once given she said we were not due until the next day, then on checking she noted we were due on the day we arrived. Had she asked if we were booked in first the greeting may have been more positive. The bedding was also on its last leggs - fluffy sheets.

With all staff, hotel, breakfast and location are all 1st class. Would highly recommend staying here. We stayed for 2 nights. Thank you for making it the perfect anniversary weekend.

Best ever hotel stayed at Llandudno
Good British breakfast. The space for parking was free at the rear of the hotel.
Location was perfect as we were able to go walk or drive to the town centre easily and come back to the hotel for some peace and quiet.. I would stay at this hotel again.

Herzlicher Empfang und ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Ausstellung einer lokalen Künstlerin im Treppenhaus. Am vorletzten Abend wurde von Seiten des Hotels alles in Bewegung gesetzt, dass ich eines der Bilder mitnehmen konnte. Vielen Dank für alles!
