Very comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would book here again
Pros:

The room was modern and good sized for a family of 4.
The location was perfect with views of Ueno park from the window with the Ueno Park Views room. Being so close to the park and train stations in walking distance was perfect. Lawsons and 7/11 at both corners of the block was very convenient.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The triple room's floor plan is well-designed to accommodate 3 adults.
The location is also good, as it is in a quieter area of Ueno. However, still convenient to shop and access public transportation.

Loved our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4.
Pros:

Friendly staff, right across from Ueno park and shopping/street food, laundry facilities, daily towel and trash pick up.

Cons:

Pillows and beds were very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Great location in Ueno, right across from the park. Stunning top floor indoor/outdoor onsen and rooms with kitchenette facilities.

Cons:

There’s a pretty plain breakfast buffet so if you want a feast to start the day with, look elsewhere

Very clean and relaxing hotel. I wish they had better breakfast and accessible complimentary drink.
Pros:

Love the location, room, staff and cleanliness. Very nice onsen.

Cons:

Need to work on their breakfast options and complimentary drink. Out of our 7 day stay only ate there twice. Very little options. The complimentary drink starts at 10 am when I need my coffee earlier than that. Only coffee and apple juice are the choices. Hope they had a beverage machine thats 24 hours.

Really great location for the park, transport and shops; brilliant staff welcome and services.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and lots of space for the four of us. Well thought out en-suite facilities.
Great kitchenette for coffee and fridge for storing items.
Staff were welcoming and very helpful with information and helping book meals out.

Cons:

Coffee facilities in the room.

Excellent location and very spacious for families.
