Overall nice location. Great Coffee shop and the Onsen gives a nice view of Ueno Park
After a rocky start to our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure our time at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for it's clean and comfortable rooms, great location and very efficient staff.
The room was big and the beds are very good.
Terrible breakfast, we paid for three but only ate (tried to) the first morning. No yogurt, no fruits, no bread, no cheese 🙈 not suitable for four star hotel.

My favorite part of the hotel was the public bath especially the one with open air. I was able to soak in the hot tub while the raindrops gently came down. It was pure serenity. It is also very well kept and very clean.
The toilet area and the bath area are separated. What I dislike about it was that the bath area was really small. It was hard to work around. I have a habit of displaying my toiletries but this time was disappointing and sloppy.
Location is strategic in ueno. The room was smaller than what I expected but comfortable.
The price i paid for the room was higher than what I would expect given the hotel and location.

- Close to multiple train stations.
- Cannot lock washing machine & dryer so people were taking out other people’s clothes & dumping them because there aren’t enough dryers. This is because it takes >3 hours to dry a load!
- Very noisy area.
- Expensive for what you get.
Amazing location. Close to train, Ueno park and many convenience stores. Kids loved the loft beds. Room was bigger than other similar hotels we stayed at in Japan. Plenty of space for suitcases.
He room was large—perfect for a family of 4–and the loft beds for the kids were a big hit. We had a great view of Ueno Park from our window. The place is impeccably maintained and the few times I had to interact with office staff, they were friendly and helpful.
About the only complaint I could make, and this is kind of nitpicking, is the laundry facilities. They are too slow and there are too few for the number of guests who may want to use them.
