A little overpriced but comfortable stay generally.
Pros:

Onsen at level 14, water pressure of shower head, aircon working well, convenient location

Cons:

Dryer had a smell and too many ppl queueing up for it.

Spacious room, but unacceptable cleanliness and a questionable neighborhood
Pros:

On the positive side, the size of the room was a big plus – it was very spacious. However, the location is quite average and leaves a lot to be desired. While it’s nice being close to Park on one side, the other side of the street felt very sketchy, with sex workers standing nearby.

Cons:

The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of hygiene. The room was simply dirty. The bedspreads were clearly stained, and the toothbrush cups in the bathroom hadn't been washed at all. To make matters worse, there was a thick layer of dust (literally a few centimeters) under the bed, which shows that the room hasn't been properly vacuumed in a very long time.

Very nice hotel in a very good area of Tokyo.
Pros:

Great hotel in a good location. Close to a lot of things to do and several well-connected train stops. The room itself was great as well! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 with two young boys. I’d say the area is medium to high level of busy. Pretty big tourist area. Noisy at night but things quiet down after about ten o’clock. Breakfast was solid with options for family.

Cons:

I was surprised at the many women escorts waiting on the streets in the neighborhood bar and restaurant district behind the hotel. Not a big deal but was just surprised. It was not threatening or uncomfortable to me or the family, just something that was noticeable. Really liked everything about the hotel though. It seems to be popular so be ready for waiting when checking in.

Pros:

Location was great. It was ok in general - the pictures made it better than it was. Just a luxury backpackers really! The onsen was great

Cons:

It was way too expensive for what you got. I paid the same for a 5 star very luxury place in Kyoto. I wouldn’t stay there again, but it was ok.

Nice stay
Pros:

The hotel was nice and the staff great!

Cons:

I had higher expectation thx to internet reviews and the price. We stayed with kids 4 and 6 yo and didnt visit the park once. Onsen was nice. The back street not so much. The room was nice, but we expected it to be more comfortable for a family of four. Not enough seating, nor storage space and there were 3 single beds that could not be pushed together so we had our kids stay for free, but the sleeping arrangement sucked. On the plus side we had to cook and the kitchen was small but def. managable. The staff was very helpful and nice! Overall an ok value for the price.
