Wonderful location, modern and clean
Pros:

Excellent location, everything is easily accessible and you can get practically anywhere from Ueno. Our room was super clean. There was everything we needed such as toiletries etc. You can use an onsen located on the 14th floor with views of the park. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Cons:

Pillows were really bad but when we asked for different ones, we received really comfortable foam pillows instead. Our room was tiny but we knew that.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Hotel is clean new and comfortable. Spa is excellent. I couldn't recommend it more. We stayed a second time this May and the staff accommodated my request for a high floor

Great space, prime location, beautiful park setting.
Pros:

Fantastic property and location. We loved the hammock chairs and great view over Ueno Park. Super easy access to transit, vibrant nightlife and park setting made it feel so peaceful.

Perfect for our first stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Convenient to Ueno Station, very clean and quiet. It was very convenient to have a cafe and laundry on the premises. The staff was excellent

The AC unit in the room was hard to control and blows directly onto the bed which can get too cold.

Pros:

Hotel molt recomanable. Zona apartada del bullici però amb una ubicacio excel•lent, a uns 5-10 minuts a la rodona teniu totes les linies de metro necessàries per visitar Toquio i estàs a tot arreu en 20 minuts. També una àmplia oferta gastronomica al voltant. Personal amable i servicial.

Tot bé. No és barat però cap hotel a tòquio ho és.

Comfortable, good location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
Pros:

Location for airport transfer the next morning

Cons:

Wish breakfast started a bit earlier, we weren’t able to take advantage of it before we had to leave of our flight. Hotel is also in a lively part of town, so noise from the road was quite loud. It didn’t bother us but if you are a light sleeper it might interrupt you.

We enjoyed the proximetry to the park and station.
Pros:

The room was comfortable reasonably spacious and very clean.

Cons:

The first room we were given was terrible, the bed had not been made up and it was totally unsuitable.
As soon as we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were given a much better room.
