Pros:

The hotel is located in a great spot right in front of Ueno Park, walking distance from the market, the zoo, the Ueno station and 20 minutes walk from Yanaka. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is really nice and clean, the rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast is a bit basic but good nonetheless

Pros:

房間夠大，三點式浴室很方便，房內也很乾淨舒適。

Cons:

因為門外是開放式天井，冬天會吹到冷風，如果要去2樓洗衣房洗衣或裝水，或是到14樓浴場，都要穿著厚外套等保暖衣褲，不然很冷，有點不方便。

Great location hotel with lovely comfortable spacious rooms
Pros:

Great hotel for a short stay with good location for returning to Tokyo on the Shinkansen and then getting to airport. Lovely spacious and comfy family room with city views. We loved the room. The onsen was immaculate and beautiful with lovely amenities and incredible views over the park.

Cons:

The baths in the onsen werent hot enough. The outdoor one was tepid at times which was a shame as it was such a cool bath overlooking the park. The onsen itself is beautiful though - just need to make the baths hotter!

Pros:

The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The washing machine in the bathroom was an excellent addition. The room was spotlessly clean and very cosy with great lighting and lots of seating. The onsen on the top floor was incredible and well used by our group. The location was perfect for dinners, access to trains and exploring Ueno and beyond.
