Value for money
Pros:

Even though the first room had issues like a broken door handle and non working TV, a new room was provided promptly.
Polite and helpful staff.
Value for money and located right in the middle of the city.
Worth it.

Cons:

The property messaged for pre payment by bank transfer even though booking.com terms don't mention anything like that and my card is on file. Even while checking in payment was requested. This is something I've never experienced before and was the only thing that stopped it from being a perfect experience.

HORRIBLE!!!
Pros:

Nothing to Like....after poor experience we had no guts to order any food.

Cons:

The Room didnt have towels....took nearly 30 mins to send them. Then when we wanted to sleep lights could not shut
They when we tried to call reception phone did not work. Basin was leaking on the floor. No hot water. No soundproofing....horrible experience.
