Recomendaría que cogierais ventana pagando un poco más. Nosotros no lo hicimos, estuvimos muy bien igualmente.

Not really, but I do have some suggestions, maybe the receptionist could be more presentable and the reception counter could be kept tidier and made more inviting. First impressions are important, and these improvements could help create a better overall experience.

Noisy because downstair got kedai mamak.. Very noisy because they watch football match..

After spending the 1st night, when going out we switched on the cleaning service button, however, when we were back late evening, the room was not cleaned up and as it is when we leave in the morning.

The receptionist asked why the room was not clean and asked for a towel & drinking water supply. Was told that they didn't respond to our cleaning request, as they thought that we might have pressed the wrong button. What kind of hotel does such practice since there was a clean up button if you need your room to be cleaned up for the day?
