Lugar tranquilo en Sandakan, cerca del aeropuerto y de Sepilok.
El alojamiento está limpio.
La cama podría ser algo más dura, aunque en esta parte del mundo no se suele llevar…
Service and staff
No window for the hotel
La habitación estaba muy limpia. La cama era muy cómoda y amplia. Hay siempre atención en el mostrador y son muy atentos. El baño nos gusta que tiene mampara.
Recomendaría que cogierais ventana pagando un poco más. Nosotros no lo hicimos, estuvimos muy bien igualmente.
Struttura ben tenuta, comoda e pulita. Non è vicinissima al centro di Sandakan ma a mio avviso è stato meglio essere un po' distanti dalla confusione. Parcheggio comodo davanti all'ingresso. Food court popolare molto carina poco distante.
E' situata in una specie di zona artigianale un po' anonima.
It is close to the center. At night it is calm.
The bathroom is not clean. The ventilation system is completely covered in mould, and there’s mould on the walls too
The hotel is basic but it is clean and comfortable
Not really, but I do have some suggestions, maybe the receptionist could be more presentable and the reception counter could be kept tidier and made more inviting. First impressions are important, and these improvements could help create a better overall experience.
Strategic, clean
Noisy because downstair got kedai mamak.. Very noisy because they watch football match..
The location is good, however it's a bit noisy neighbors room and downstairs, Malay restaurant even though it's quite late at night, can hear the motorcycle sound rooming around.
After spending the 1st night, when going out we switched on the cleaning service button, however, when we were back late evening, the room was not cleaned up and as it is when we leave in the morning.
The receptionist asked why the room was not clean and asked for a towel & drinking water supply. Was told that they didn't respond to our cleaning request, as they thought that we might have pressed the wrong button. What kind of hotel does such practice since there was a clean up button if you need your room to be cleaned up for the day?
