Don't go there if you don't want to experience what oyo is criticised for

The location was good , nearby bhootnath market.

Cons:

There were lot of things which can be considered as spoiler
1. Overcharged- even more than what was being shown on website, make sure to confirm it beforehand.
2. False discription of facilities like
a. There was no card payment facility available.
b. Even basic things like water bottle , toilet soap, towel etc were not available.
c. AC was non functional, although they charged for it, when asked for reducing the charges for that reason they refused, so make sure to check that too.
d. Lift was not functional.
3. Staff was non supportive
a. Rooms were not clean
b. Even on asking many times they were ignorant
c. When you question lack of amenity , they will give excuse of newly joined
4 . Arrogant staff- when questioned they were like ... "Oyo ko call krlo".
So , my honest advice even if it's your last option first make sure of what you are getting

Cons:

Bad bugs, all kinds of insects laying around the room/washroom, dirty sheets and moldy walls. Really everything you don't want in a room.
