The breakfast was fantastic and the banana plantation with the rabbits and chickens was nice. The room was a decent size. The staff were so very friendly and suggested good restaurants due to my difficult diet. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The pool was not heated and therefore too cold to get in.
Everything was pretty good
Breakfast was served till 10.30 but at 9.50 it looks like it was already finished
Lovely property in the heart of Porta Delgada with an enchanting outdoor area with pool and old banana plantation with bunnies running around
The parking situation is a little tricky but their lot has space for some vehicles, you just have to be very careful getting into it ;)

This is an amazing property. We loved everything about it and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The staff was super helpful. We had an issue with our flight to the island and the staff has been nothing but helpful and ready to accommodate our change of plan as well as helping us to book an early Taxi and giving us a fabulous takeaway breakfast.
Perhaps the room was a bit noisy since it faces the main street however we were so tired this didn’t bother us.
Super friendly staff, beautiful interior, great breakfast choice and a well-maintained garden and pool area. A surprisingly peaceful place in the town.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die ganze Hotelanlage war sehr schön. Modern, im Boho Style, sehr großflächig. Die Zimmer waren super und sauber.
