Its a cozy room, not look like the pictures, lift not working, they dont have spoons, pillows were not clean. Balcony window is not getting locked, Tv was also not working, ac temp was not getting low beyond 23

Pros:

Room service was not present. No kitchen was present. Everything we had to order from food apps.
