Great stay!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! I really enjoyed my stay. The bedroom (number 3) was exactly like in the pictures, even better.
I loved the location, 1 min away from downtown. There’s also a little supermarket nearby very convenient.
There’s a beautiful patio outside. Highly recommend
Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Loved it, I’ll be back

Cons:

I could hear my neighbors at 2am… They were very disrespectful but that’s their fault and not the hotel

This Oleander has become our favorite place to stay the night before our cruise.

the way It was decorated and had a parking spot for the room.

Cons:

would have liked to know that a “second charge” on my credit card would show up in advance for any possible cleaning needs. But the owners were responsive in my question and the charged dropped off after checkout.

comfortable & convenient location
Pros:

the bed was very comfortable, the decorations were cute and holiday specific. Easy to get inside. There were snacks and water & coffee provided in the room.

Cons:

They came up missing a decorative pillow & asumed it was mistakenly in my stuff ! 🤦🏼‍♀️ the rug was needing replaced, it was rolled up and constantly getting stuck under the door into the room.
