Only one room key!
Pros:

Comfortable beds, a major plus! A modern bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Cons:

Only one key for my wife and I! That is unacceptable and would prevent me from staying there again unless they change the policy. The room turned out to be tiny without windows, and though the size is given in the advertisement, the lack of windows is not. We had to change to a room with windows and pay another 800 pesos per night. Breakfast was very disappointing with no bread and only two kinds of fruit. There were not even bananas nor mangoes - my favourites! The rest of the food consisted of scrambled eggs, hot dog sausage, luncheon meat and rice as far as I can remember. I would also expect ground coffee to be available in a hotel of this class, but there was only instant, and no real milk, only creamers. The bathroom had no hooks for one's clothes and inadequate screening round the shower so things get wet. The hotel entrance is most inconvenient since it is combined with the S&F mall and choked with vehicles of various types. The room had no mirror in it. The only one was in the bathroom. Wifi was unreliable. The carpet in the lift was filthy and the lift smelled bad, as did the bathrooms, even though the hotel was very new.

Best place to stay in Palo, huge Balcony with Cityview and Oceanview, modern
Pros:

It’s huge and modern property, comfortable mattress, has a bathtub, Balcony is amazing, just beside the restaurant, overlooking the city and ocean as well. Fast Wifi, Puregold is just nextdoor.

Cons:

some facilities are lacking, no utensils, no plates, I got these at the restaurant just nearby, has a little Refrigerator.

For places to visit between tacloban and palo location is convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast served on time. But cold

Location was not good car parking was very inconvenient.

Cons:

A good place and safe parking area dedicated to hotel clients would have been super.
Also. I don’t understand why senior discount was not applied. We have to enjoy it as Filipino citizens mandated by law.
