Was close to where I was visiting.
Cold showers for my 5 night stay with no interest off the staff of fixing it.
Room not cleaned for 4 days but only was cleaned after repeated complaints to reception

The breakfast buffet said it started at a certain time but it was late and there was no food when we went up to the dining area. We had to leave to our bus so didn’t get to eat which was a bit disappointing

Плохой завтрак. Пульт от кондиционера не работал с кровати, нужно было вставать и подходить ближе.
На террасе было немного грязно и в сан узле несколько бумажек не убрано в тумбе под зеркалом.
В Общем, хорошее впечатление. Но завтрак не понравился.
Centrally located from where we wanted to see. Conveniently attached to a grocery store, pharmacy and a retail store, with snack kiosks inside.
Parking in front of the property, but on first come, first served bases. Vehicles are guarded.
Rooms are huge and clean, with microwave, electric kettle and small fridge. Nice city and Mountain View from the terrace.
The breakfast buffet could be improved. We arrived around 7AM, when it opened. Food and coffee were cold and Jam/jelly were out. In fairness, they had a 2 day event and the hotel had a lot of visitors.
It looked new, the decor was nice, good air conditioning.
When we arrived in the room there was a strong bad smell from the bathroom permeating the whole room. We had to change rooms twice. The third room smelled strongly of air freshener but we decided to stay. After a few days we returned to stay for another two nights and we had to change rooms again because there was a live cockroach on the floor.
I think the staff does try hard, maybe they’re just not trained well. They asked for our breakfast order upon check in and called our room to verify it. However in the morning the dining room didn’t have it so we just asked for whatever was fastest to cook since we were in a hurry. The food was barely edible and the coffee was bad.
Favorite place in Tacloban. Clean and comfy.

Comfortable beds, a major plus! A modern bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean.
Only one key for my wife and I! That is unacceptable and would prevent me from staying there again unless they change the policy. The room turned out to be tiny without windows, and though the size is given in the advertisement, the lack of windows is not. We had to change to a room with windows and pay another 800 pesos per night. Breakfast was very disappointing with no bread and only two kinds of fruit. There were not even bananas nor mangoes - my favourites! The rest of the food consisted of scrambled eggs, hot dog sausage, luncheon meat and rice as far as I can remember. I would also expect ground coffee to be available in a hotel of this class, but there was only instant, and no real milk, only creamers. The bathroom had no hooks for one's clothes and inadequate screening round the shower so things get wet. The hotel entrance is most inconvenient since it is combined with the S&F mall and choked with vehicles of various types. The room had no mirror in it. The only one was in the bathroom. Wifi was unreliable. The carpet in the lift was filthy and the lift smelled bad, as did the bathrooms, even though the hotel was very new.
