Loved being on an island. So much potential for this place
Pros:

Location. Awesome to be on a beautiful island. The room was nice with a nice view. The BBQ place was good. Liked the upper decks and the benches on the hill. The ferry was great, especially Jason.

Cons:

Refrigerator,freezer wasn't cold enough. Reconstruction was messy.

Our room was nice. Pretty view. Enjoyed spending time on the beach and at the bar.

Cons:

The outside was rundown. The pool was not working. The fountain was not working and falling apart. The wood on the bridge/walkway was rotting.

The location to the beach and the wonder vibe in the surrounding environment.

Cons:

Under construction, under stock rooms, as far as hotel products for use. To include toiletries, lotion , soaps, it was very limited. And even put at lease two bottles of water in the refrigerator.. First guests like a good impression to return.

You get what you pay for, don't expect the Ritz.
Pros:

Great spot, the water taxi is fun. Beach is very nice. Town has lots of restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Needs a major renovation. Pool not working again this year as it was not 2 years ago and 8 years back when I was there last. Water features around the grounds have been inoperative for the past 8 years. Rooms are ok but need help. Both ice machines are broken down.
