Cons:

Aerul condiționat inexistent. După două nopți de saună, in cameră era mai cald decâtafară, ușă blocată la baie si reparată dupa rugăminți fierbinți, fiind nevoiți sa folosim baile de la etajele inferoare si mai multe sesizări privind neregulile constatate, concediul stricat, s-a semnat o convenție de rambursare a sumei pentru cele 3 nopți rămase, in final fiind rambursata suma doar pentru 2 nopți. Ce mai poți spune? Că recomand? Nu, in niciun caz.

Мы остались очень довольны отелем ,персонал очень хороший ,очень чиста еда вкусная и разнообразная

Остались очень довольны,всё супер и чисто и очень вкусно кормят

Cons:

Один минус что в номере в холодильнике нету простой воды в маленьких бутылочках ,кулер есть на этаже но это не очень удобно

На пляжі є власні лежаки і зонтики
На пляж возить підвозка від готелю, хоча там іти 100 м

Cons:

ВсичкиТова беше една от най-разочароващите почивки, които сме имали. Хотелът изобщо не отговаря на очакванията за категорията си.
Обслужването беше под всякаква критика. По-голямата част от персонала беше чуждестранен, комуникацията беше много трудна, а отношението към гостите – безразлично и непрофесионално.
Храната беше изключително слаба – еднообразна, безвкусна и често студена. Напитките бяха с много ниско качество и не заслужават да се предлагат в хотел с претенции за ол инклузив.
Чистотата също оставяше много да се желае, а организацията в ресторанта беше хаотична. Вместо спокойна почивка, постоянно се сблъсквахме с неудобства.
Съжаляваме, че избрахме този хотел и смятаме, че не си заслужава парите. Няма да го посетим отново и не бихме го препоръчали на никого. Ако търсите спокойна и качествена почивка, по-добре се насочете към друг хотел.
