Cons:

1. בחדר אוכל חם כמעט כמו סאונה
2. שרותים בכל האזורים הציבוריים במלון מלוכלכים ומסריחים
גם כשהתלוננתי לא טיפלו פשוט מרחו הכל
ריח של שתן חריף
3. 8 בבוקר ולכל אורך היום כל המיטות בבריכה תפוסות עם מגבות כאילו יש מישהו בבריכה , אבל הבריכה ריקה , התלוננתי ולא טיפלו אז הורדתי מלא מגבות וישבנו במקום
4 האוכל לא כל כך מגוון

Pros:

Mi-a placut faptul ca s-a tinut cont de solicitarile noastre, curatenia permanenta, facilitatile de relaxare.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut faptul ca s-au servit 3 zile la rand aceleasi mancaruri, nu a mai fost mancarea diversificata ca in anii trecuti. De asemenea prosoapele nu au fost schimbate zilnic.

היה בסדר גמור תואם את המחיר הנמוך שחיפשנו, המיקום של המלון ביחס לסאני ביץ׳ מעולה !

המיקום של המלון מעולה, 5 דקות צעידה מהמרכז ככה שהרעש לא מגיע אבל זמין מאוד ועל הרחוב הראשי. חדרים ענקיים ומאוד מרווחים. הכול כלול נוח מאוד ברמות של משקאות קפה משחקים וכו׳

Cons:

שירותים מסריחים באופן לא הגיוני, בעיקר בלילה צחנה קשה, האוכל בהכול כלול היה בסיסי יחסית, אבל תואם את המחיר ששילמנו. נדיבים מאוד לגבי צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר.

The smell in the toilets was absolutely terrible, not only in the hotel’s common areas but also in the bathroom of our room. There was a very strong smell of urine coming up from the bathroom drain. The bathroom was also mouldy, especially around the bathtub.

The pools were freezing cold. The food was almost exactly the same every day, and there was very little that was actually enjoyable to eat. Everything was heavily seasoned, so almost all the food tasted the same. Many dishes seemed to be made from frozen ingredients rather than freshly prepared food. We also had the impression that food which was not eaten at lunchtime was reused for dinner.

The hotel description stated that it had a private beach area that was free of charge. Yes, there is a private beach area, but the four rows of blue sun loungers closest to the sea could not actually be used for free. You had to pay €17 per day for the first two rows (2 chairs, a table and a parasol), and €15 for the third and fourth rows. A man constantly came around checking through an app whether people had paid. If you had not paid, you had to leave.

The hotel description also states that the beach is approximately 70 metres in one direction and 140 metres in the other. This is nowhere near accurate in our experience. The beach is definitely around 600–700 metres away.

The lifts were extremely slow, and sometimes we had to wait 10–15 minutes for one. The “extra-fast internet” advertised as part of the Ultra All Inclusive package was basically just advertising talk. The internet barely worked, and the drinks were not always available either.

The snack bar was honestly a joke. Dry bread rolls cut into four pieces with a small amount of cheese and a wilted piece of lettuce inside, as well as bread rolls with jam. I would absolutely not consider this five-star quality.

The behaviour of some guests was also completely unacceptable. On several occasions, guests simply threw food, plates and all, from the terrace.
