Pros:

My one-bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. I would definitely stay here again

I stayed at this apartment hotel and was really happy with my experience. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great right in the city center and close to everything. What I especially liked was that the reception staff speak Russian and English, which made communication super easy. It’s a great place, especially if you’re planning a longer stay

Ich war mit diesem Aparthotel sehr zufrieden. Es liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, was ein großer Vorteil ist. Das Apartment war groß, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst hilfsbereit und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Ich hatte ein 1+1-Apartment gebucht; es war sehr sauber, hell und angenehm eingerichtet. Insgesamt eine sehr komfortable und entspannte Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert.

Kesinlikle temiz değildi 10 gün kaldık ve 10 gün sürecinde temizlik personeli gelmedi. Çarşafların değiştirilmesini talep ettik değiştirilmedi çıkıştakı dolaptan temiz çarşaf alıp değişerkense temizlikçi evinizde 2 günde bir çarşaf mı değişiyorsunu yanıtını verdi. Halbu ki, artık konakladığımızın 7 ci günündeydik. Buz dolabının buzluk kısımı tamamen buzla kaplı olduğundan kullanmak mümkün degildi bildirdik ama yine temizlenmedi. Ütü ve süpürge bozuktu. Apartmanın Kombi sistemi kaldığımız odada kuruluydu dolaba saklı şekilde kendimiz dışında diğer odalar da sıcak su kullandığı duş aldığı zaman ve ses sürekli rahatsız ediyordu

Only book if you want to safe money and can compromise on the comfort and facilities, it’s good thing was distance from

The only good thing about this property was its location, it was near the city center Gelata Tower and Taksim Square was about 10-15 minutes walk

Cons:

This property was totally different from the picture posted in the booking.com once you entered you will see day and night difference in the condition of property, the property was even under renovation, they were painting lobby stairs and washroom lock doesn’t work and no soap and shower gel were asked or provided, comforter was not warm for the weather , this property was even lacking basic necessities, i have taken photos

Oda tamamiyle temiz değildi. Hostel diye gittik mutfakta doğru duzgu bişey bulamadik televizyon ve mikrodalgalar çalişmiyor. Odalarda terlik yok havlular eksikti kişin gununde odada ayakkabiyle gezmek zorunda kaldik. Retsepsiyona ihtiyaciniz olduğunda surekli arayip çağirmak ve beklemek zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Dolaplarin içi iyi temizlenmemişti. Hostel diye gittik ama hayal kırıkliğina uğradik. Tam anlamiyle tefsiye etmiyorum. Normal otele gitseniz bu fiyata daha rahat ve daha konforludur.

Комната оказалась чистой, аккуратной и достаточно просторной для комфортного отдыха.
Окрестности тихие. Владелец отеля очень внимательный и отзывчивый, регулярно интересовался, всё ли у нас в порядке.

A localização era boa.

Cons:

Tivemos que pagar me cash no check in por exigência do hotel, sendo que no Booking havia a possibilidade de pagar com cartão. Nos deixou sem opção de mudar de hotel porque o Booking não funciona da Turquia. Após receber o hotel cancelou a estadia no Booking provavelmente para não pagar taxa.
