A nightmare of bugs and bites.
Pros:

Good location, less than 5mn from the beach and many nice restaurants around the place.

Cons:

It was an awful experience. Everything is wrong about this place.

First of all be informed they have bed bugs in the whole building. So if you like bugs bites and want to bring souvenirs to your home this is the right place.

Pets are not allowed but surprisely I saw dogs in the building.
Most of the stuff they advertise just don't exist: no sun ombrelles, pool bar (except if you want to be the barman)...

Also, this place is more for residential people than visitors. No plates, no forks and knives, glasses and so on in the kitchen. You just get an empty kitchen you can't use. Seriously?
Amenities are a joke. One roll of toilet paper and miniatures samples of shower gel and shampoo renewed every two days only. So don't shower yourself or use the restroom too many times.... Kind of pathetic.
Be aware that the beds and pillows (very small) are to hard. The next morning I had back and neck pain.

Also, the room is an oven because it faces directly the sun all day. Also, you cannot keep the AC on where you are away because the card that opens the door is the one that turns on the AC. So be ready to live in a stove.

Finally the place is very noisy. Noise from 5:30 am up to 1:00am. Uneducated residents in the building and constructions all around the building.

Be aware that the deposit is refunded to you in cash. So, if you are leaving Vietnam you will get extra cash you will need to spend before leaving the country.

Staff is nice and always sorry for the troubles, but it it doesn't really help.

The only good thing is the environment. Less than 5mn from the beach and great restaurants in the surrounding.

I found this place being a real nightmare and my worst experience in Vietnam. Also, I won't recommend it especially if you want a bugs free and quiet environment.
