Cockroach problem and post review harassment
Cons:

The apartment had a cockroach problem. They were literally everywhere. We hadn't noticed the problem when we arrived, so we changed and left for the mall next door. we returned to the room quite late and that's when the problem came to our notice. I killed quite a few hoping that would be the end of it, and messaged our host to get the room fumigated in the morning, however they were everywhere, including on the bed, so my wife and I booked another hotel at 12 in the night and left. We booked a different accommodation (BGC The Fort). And got there around 1am. Stayed there for the 2 nights we had booked this place for. We had to pay in advance for both properties so we ended up spending quite a bit. Upon posting our review, the owners sent some messages to our inbox claiming we lied (despite the photo and video evidence we sent them), planted the cockroaches (which we presumably carried over in our pockets from our flight from Boracay or the nearby mall), that we were trying to scam them out of money (they had deducted in advance) and trying to stay for free (we stayed at a different hotel for the same dates) even though we'd paid in advance and booked another hotel. I'm a genius level 3 with a lot of travel history and bookings. I won't forget the stress my wife went through and I won't forget how we have been dealt with since. A genuine apology, accountability and fumigation would have gone a long way.

Literally a home away from home plus the luxury!!!

Location is perfect right where we wanted - at the Heart of Venice grand. canal mall

That’s the sad part -/ NOTHING!!!

Everything about it & on it were just great and awesome!

Wonderful location and great value! You won’t be disappointed!
Pros:

Wonderful location with a fabulous view of the Venice Canal Mall. Nice aircon and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows! Large screen TV for watching movies at night. Large refrigerator for storing plenty of goods for longer trips. Awesome water pressure—the shower felt so refreshing! The condo is well furnished with art, a sofa, dining table, cutlery and cookware, as well as toiletries like shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, towels, dish soap, cotton swabs, etc. This property even features a WASHING MACHINE which was so helpful for our stay! Overall a very relaxing property and we will definitely look to stay here next time we are in Manila!

There weren’t any clear instructions provided on check out. We just simply cleaned up the space as best we could before checking out.

The quickest I ever realized I’ll be staying here again.
Pros:

Location, Location, Location and the room had everything we needed. The microwave, big fridge, and the smart TV was the same as I have at home. Did I mention Location? The area was safe for miles and I mean miles around because we walked almost everyday for miles. Walk out the back door and you’re at the front door of the mall and this mall has all the options you will need including a supermarket.

Cons:

I didn’t like how confused I was when booking this property because at first I thought the price seemed way too high for one night, then I realized the price wasn’t for one night the price was for the whole 2 weeks. Then I thought that’s too low for two weeks what’s wrong with the property. Once there the answer was nothing.
