Very central and able to walk to everything,

It would have been nice if the entrance path was cleared of ice/snow on arrival as very dangerous throughout our stay
Great location
The location is very central and close to the supermarket and the meeting point for tours.
The baggage storage facility is around the corner from the apartment.
The under floor heating in the entrance and bathroom was fantastic.
Washing machine lovely especially if you have been travelling for a while.
All the salt/pepper/coffee ect..... left by previous guests.
Dishwasher with tablets, just makes life easier.
Outside bins to be marked clearly as to what recycle bags must go where.
Standard size pillows would be great the current one's are really small.
Maybe a wooden spoon to use in the cooking pots.

The property was in an excellent location and easy to find off the main high street in Tromso. It made it so easy to walk to all tour meeting points.
Properly had two good sized bedrooms and good sized bathroom so we could hang up any of our wet clothes.
Useful to have the kitchen in order to store and prep food as the tours genuinely took you out from early morning to late afternoon.

This property was the perfect base for our time in Tromsø. It was comfortable, spotless, and ideally located for exploring the area. The owners were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. As a bonus, we managed to get some absolutely stunning photos of the northern lights during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10
Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche im ersten Stock , die 2 Schlafzimmer und das Bad mit Dusche und WC im Parterre. Gute Kommunikation online mit Mathias. Eingang mit Code. Alles war für und perfekt. Gleich in der Nähe ein nettes cafe zum Frühstücken. Und man ist sofort mitten in der gemütlichen kleinen Stadt.
Alles perfekt. Vlt ein grösserer Teppich im Vorraum, wegen der nassen Schuhsohlen. Und die Duschtürenabdichtung erneuern, da Wasser unten rausrinnt. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.
Location was perfect. The house was pretty big and comfortable considering the other options.
The location was nice and close to the city center, within walking distance of a shopping mall and several nice cafés and restaurants. The place was very clean, newly renovated, spacious, and had a washing machine. It was possible to cook in the kitchen using the available equipment and basic ingredients such as oil, pepper, salt, and even teriyaki sauce (probably left by a previous tenant). The lock system was super convenient, we didn’t have to worry about forgetting the house key, and it made contactless check-in and check-out process very easy. We loved it! Car parking was also provided for a reasonable fee. The host Alex was also very responsive and helpful, thank you!
The only downside was the layout of the sleeping rooms, they’re on the ground floor, and it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with the windows open like we do at home because it was quite loud from the street. We could hear people walking by and talking, even in the middle of the night.
It was perfect for what we needed! Easy lock and unlock access to the house, and very clean/tidy rooms/bathroom/kitchen.
Had trouble going into the accomodation one of the late nights because of the key pad lock kept rejecting the code, but we realised after a while the door has to be fully clicked in before you input the code, otherwise a perfect stay!
Nice location, close to the city center, hard rock and harbour. Clean and fully equiped. Alex was very helpfull.

Would have been great to have washing powder available as well as linen for the baby cot. Also an explanation on the bin system in the welcome folder would be helpful.
Photos make it look more homey then it is. Most decoration has been removed
Last minute change location of the house we rent which in the hill top.
They have house rules. Never discussed with us and charged us penalty and the penalty very expensive.
