Pros:

Location itself nice. Quiet. Depending (!) on room - nice view. Nice neighbours.

Cons:

Difficult to find, specifically without google maps and without data for roaming as one can't expect everyone has (and therefore difficult to contact owner (lives the UK?))
When I had wifi the previous day - owner texted me he would send the information how to get into building etc - but didn't responded swiftly (within a day) - so I didn't receive the text when I was on my way
When at the property - I was helped by Portuguese neighbours who made a call to owner, his English wasn't good, text with info didn't come through despite he said he would text me
Apparently I am one of several customers who came across similar issues
Not really dirty but not really clean inside.
Washing line outside just above a wall but not easily to access, as space was narrow and also space was dirty due to building work.
ALL sleeping-rooms HADN'T got door-handles !
Socket NOT securely mounted in my room.
To open the kettle-lid - I had to use a tool as the knob for the lid was missing. Inside some of the kitchen cupboards were sugar(?).
Specifically the kitchen area and corridor area smelled like a damp old never ventilated house.
NO hoover and specifically for the toilet NO proper cleaning stuff available for the staff. The staff was very nice and did her very best with limited time and equipment on hand.
Rugs on the wooden-floor were very slippery - therefore a hazard to fall.
I had two keys - one for my door - the other one for nobody knows.
Entrance doors (two) were closed but NO keys to lock them when leaving the house.
Badly soundproofed (could hear the conversation from downstairs and on my floor from a room diagonally opposite.
Inexpensive (and it wasn't so cheap compare to other places) doesn't mean not maintained well and bad service.

Super godt for pengene!
Pros:

Det var hyggeligt med et stort køkken hvor man kunne spise morgenmad og det store badeværelse var rigtig hyggeligt og godt indrettet i gammeldags facon samt sæber inkluderet

Cons:

Det var en smule indviklet at finde nøglen og finde værelse nummeret det kunne godt være blevet og selve hotellet også dette kunne godt være blevet beskrevet mere præcist for at hjælpe den rejsende

Pros:

Location in the mountains was perfect, the old house had its atmosphere, communication with host was very good - first day at the accommodation heater was broken, next day Carlos came with the new one. Great accommodation in the summer time.

Cons:

An old house needs maintenance - there was wind blowing inside through the old door that were not isolated properly, uncomfortable mattresses (too short for taller man, only 180 cm long). Its good for short stay but not for whole week in winter time.

Pratique pour une nuit rapide pas trop chère mais le lieu est très humide et il y a du moisi partout et ça sent très mau
Pros:

L’arrivée facile, l’emplacement, le fait qu’il y ait deux salles de bain, le parking gratuit

Cons:

Le moisi dans les chambres, les mauvaises odeurs dans tout le bâtiment, la cuisine très peu fournie (un seul couteau qui coupe bien, pas de bol)
