Has everything you need
Pros:

Beds are comfortable, linens are nice. Lots of space to spread out suitcase / work.
Shuttle works well; good driver.

Cons:

I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. (Not this hotel’s mistake though). There is no restaurant at this hotel. But if you walk across the parking lot you can order breakfast at their sister hotel The Holiday Inn.
The windows did not keep the constant traffic noise out.
AC works good, but it’s loud (like at so many places nowadays).

Excellent property. Very well maintained.
Pros:

Did not eat at the hotel. The amenities were there but spent time with my daughter seeing other things in the Austin area. Upon our check out, my daughter left her phone in the room. After calling the front desk, the man on duty went to check the room and found her phone. He then held it at the front desk until we returned to retrieve the phone. All in all, the entire staff was the most gracious and friendly staff. I will stay at the facility again when I'm back in the area.

Cons:

There were no issues with any of the facilities. I have no complaints to report against the property. The property is well maintained.

Good value place to stay near the airport.
Pros:

Comfortable place to stay near airport. Good value for the money.

Cons:

The area near the airport was a bit "mixed". Lots of new condo/apartment construction - seems to be transitioning from a bit "sketchy" area to modern, new area. But still safe and convenient.

Personal attention to the customer and very professional performance by the staff. Very clean room.
Pros:

I left a bag of medicine in my room refrigerator. I realized it when I got to the airport 1 hour later. I called and the desk said they would check. They said they retrieved it and I called "I Left my Stuff". It arrived the next day, but it was not my medicine. I called the front desk and spoke to Diana Reyna, the manager. She located my medicine and had it at UPS within 2 hours, with a guaranteed delivery the next day. She was fantastic! She not only was answering the phone at the front desk, but had to put me on hold a couple times to answer other calls. She was cool under pressure and put me at ease immediately. She was wonderful!!!

Cons:

The overnight staff did retrieve my medicine from the fridge and put it in the office fridge. But somehow somebody else's medicine was sent.

My room was like a small apartment with a spacious bathroom. Cozy!

Short but nice.
Pros:

Location to airport and easy access to a shuttle. Easy check-in online. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Room was really clean except for a roach in the kitchen area. Just one seen.
