It was ok
Pros:

I do have to say that your staff is awesome and was able to fix the elevator by the next morning. You guys have great staff but please next time when a customer leaves a message to please reserve a downstairs room for them because they are disabled please do so. You don’t understand how hard it is to have to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor because the elevator is not working.

Cons:

The staff are awesome people working there but the room had a towel that was dirty with lipstick on it. The tub looked like it was peeling off and the elevator stop working for a day and I had to walk the stairs up to my room in the 3rd floor. I’m am a disable woman and not having a room down stairs or having access to an elevator that works is not ok. The place needs serious maintenance and remodeling to be done to it.

THIS PLACE WAS VERY NASTY, AND MY FAMILY DID NOT FEEL SAFE! THIS PLACE HAD FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY LIED!!THUGS WERE HANGING OUT!!!!!!!!

Cons:

The place was disgustingly nasty, and the people were loud we did not get any sleep and the pool was dirty and it looked a crime scene!!!!!!

Я сняла студію с кухней и диваном а получила комнату без света и окон , без дивана и кухни ,я была с сыном и потребовала отменить резервацию так как это совсем не то что я бронировала ,через 5 минут мы уже ругались за то что бы они мне выдали мой инвойс , по итогу они до сих пор не вернули 560 долларов и отказываться от ответственности . Я жду суд . Всем добра .

It’s a good price and it’s close to my kids school, but I think it’s obvious that the place needs a bit of a touchup… It
Pros:

It’s convenient to high school where my kids attend

Cons:

The inside needs a paint job.
Chair at desk NEVER raises (in any room)
Blinds are old and people can see inside …just get curtains

My day was pleasant and it was a good hotel for the value.
Pros:

My day was pleasant, and the room was good for the value. The staff was friendly. The hotel will be undergoing some remodeling soon according to the information that the staff gave me. I would definitely stay here again, especially once it’s remodeled.
