Pros:

The resort boasts of all the facilities you expect from a resort and the property is top notch. We loved the food as well. Kids loved different play options, pool, indoor games etc. Totally recommended

Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Tried to be accomdating.

Decent location, overpriced facility, low on cleanliness, incompetent staff.

Hot water has super low pressure, staff didn’t solve the issue. Breakfast is average quality. Staff members are incompetent. Overall cleanliness needs improvement.

Pros:

Property is good for family and kids. Kids have multiple opinion for fun and games. Food is okay. Location is okay. Staff is good and welcoming.

Cons:

Price of the property was high. I spent 24k for 2 nights stay.

Horrible place, pathetic experience

Horrible horrible place. The worst experience in my entire life.

1. First and foremost, if you book from Booking.com or Agoda.com, they will call you several times and pester you to cancel your booking and book directly with them so that they can provide you with non-GST room rates
2. None of the facilities informed in the booking are available
3. No Lift/Elevator. You need to carry the luggage up the stairs. My parents who are senior citizens had to climb the stairs each time to the 3rd floor where our rooms were allotted
4. Unhygenic, dirty and stinking washrooms. All faucet fittings are broken and rusted. (Photos attached) Filled with cobwebs. No toileteries provided. Using their towels leaves lint on your body and clothes
5. No mini-fridge provided
6. There is no Spa and Wellness center
7. There is no Fitness center
8. SEVERE NOISE POLLUTION within the resort because the owner itself plays a loudspeaker at unbearable volumes in the swimming pool area all day. I am unable to understand if they are running a Resort or a Discotheque
9. If you ask them to provide an extra bed for an extra guest, they provide you with a mattress to sleep on the FLOOR, and they charge you Rs 800 per night extra for that. Seriously, you want my family member to sleep on the floor? And you want me to pay you extra for that?
10. Highly incompetent staff and management who have absolutely no experience in hospitality industry. One of the owners told me that they have loudspeaker at swimming pool area because "customers come to Resort to enjoy". Absolutely wrong, customers come to resort to relax. If I want to enjoy, I would rather go to a bar or discotheque. First the owners need to check the dictionary to understand the meaning of "resort"
11. For breakfast they only provide wada pav or misal pav. No sandwiches, no South Indian, No poha, no upma, no egg counter, nothing
12. No room cleaning available unless you ask for it.
