Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’accueil la tranquillité de l’établissement la piscine est très bien et la mer est à 7 minutes en voiture. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, et si nous en avons l’occasion nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir nous recommandons à 100%

De ligging, uitzicht op zee.

Cons:

Staat van onderhoud is matig.
Zwembad heeft te weinig parasols, dakjes van de ligbedden waren lam en werden aangedraaid door mede gast.
Trap treden naar zwembad liggen op sommige plaatsen los.
Voor beddengoed en handdoeken werd 20 euro extra gevraagd. Werd de hele week (7 nachten) niks schoons aangeboden. Theedoek 1 gekregen, op vraag van ons 1 schone. Er is wasmachin aanwezig, maar ik ga dit niet wassen als ik op vakantie ben.
Geen faciliteiten als handzeep, afwasmiddel , vaatdoekje en aluminiumfolie aanwezig.

Een heerlijke accommodatie die ik van harte kan aanbevelen.
Pros:

Een hele fijne accommodatie die ik van harte kan aan bevelen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het keukengerei en servies is heel uitgebreid.
Het is er prettig en vooral rustig en toch niet ver van de zee, supermarkt en restaurants, terwijl het toch tussen de landerijen ligt. Op het balkonnetje heb je een prachtig uitzicht richting de zee. En dat verveelt nooit
Je bent in 10 minuten in het historische Fermo.

An exceptional stay with all our needs taken care of.
Pros:

This was an excellent find. Quiet, peaceful and exceptional all round. Staff were there to assist with any enquiries and the facilities offered all the necessities and more required for a week long stay. The owner has put great thought into the needs of their guests.

Cons:

Nothing really. Everything was wonderful.
