But the family sharing the house with us was freaking terrible. They had been living there for ten days by the time we moved in, so they naturally acted as if it were their own home, making noise whenever they wanted without considering others. They had four kids who shouted all the time. I asked them to be quiet since it was already past 10 p.m., but their parents told me that shouting and playing were "kids' nature" and did nothing. I am utterly convinced that being incredibly rude is the very talent for their children. After all, the father didn’t even flush the toilet after peeing, and the mother didn’t apologize after splashing soup on my socks. What kind of children can you expect two animals to raise? I wish this family a merry crisis and a happy new fear for the rest of their lives.

Estaba todo bastante sucio, sobre todo el baño con pelos y suciedad acumulada

Badezimmer war dreckig, ehrlicherweise war uns nicht ganz klar, dass wir es mit allen Teilen. Ein Tipp an künftige Interessenten, bitte ließt genau die Beschreibung zur Ausstattung durch. Wir hatten kein Mülleimer im Zimmer, wir hatten kein Toilettenpapier. Es war laut nachts. Die Dusche war voller Haare. Es roch unangenehm im Gang.

Ce type de lieu avec une partie collective implique qu'il y ait un minimum de règle affiché et une présence humaine.
Malheureusement ici (contrairement aux Hostels / auberges) les propriétaires sont des fantômes qu'on ne voit jamais et certains locataires n'ont aucune conscience de la vie en collectivité. Les communs, notamment la cuisine était donc systématiquement très salle, les poubelles débordaient...etc
Il faudrait afficher à minima des règles et qu'il y ait une présence humaine régulière.

There are only two washrooms among the five rooms, so it can become a bottleneck during the morning hours. One toilet was broken for 1 day and while the host was responsive, it was irritating.
Also, since the common spaces were shared, people often left used dishes and food in the kitchen. Someone even drank my beer from the fridge!

El apartamento estaba muy bien, al principio estaba muy limpio pero el segundo dia, faltaba limpieza en el baño y papel higiénico

Esperienza pessima. La pulizia era inesistente: c’erano capelli ovunque, sia nella camera sia in bagno: qui probabilmente dovuto agli altri inquilini ma comunque ad un livello inaccettabile. Alla fine ho dovuto pulire io stesso alcune aree per riuscire a soggiornare decentemente.

Las instalaciones no estan a nivel y podrian mejorar.
Se vende algo que no corresponde con lo que es.

W pokoju w nocy było gorąco (jest tylko wentylator). Do centrum trzeba troszkę podejść, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Niedaleka odległość od dworca (20 minut na piechotę).
