Struttura molto grande con piscina e spa. Buona l’offerta dei ristoranti.
Локация отеля — в тихом и спокойном месте, с ощущением, будто ты находишься за городом, на природе. Очень чисто, удобные кровати и подушки, вкусный завтрак — даже я, человек, который не ест китайскую еду, свинину и яйца, без проблем нашла для себя овощи, рыбу и сыры. Персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый, но отдельное огромное спасибо менеджеру по работе с гостями Полине — она помогла нам с рекомендациями по городу и стала настоящим ангелом-хранителем во всех отельных вопросах. За эту поездку мы побывали в трех городах и сменили четыре отеля, и нигде больше не встретили такого русскоязычного менеджера и такого уровня персонального внимания. Именно благодаря таким людям, как Полина, в отель хочется возвращаться. Очень рекомендую — прекрасное место по всем параметрам!
Немного разочаровала зону бассейна, неуютная, много занимающихся детей, не гостей отеля, нет релакса и душно.

Location is not 100 % ideal but in China you always have to take cabs to go to the different sites

Lo staff non parla in inglese e questo non è comprensibile per un albergo di quel livello. Sono comunque tutti molto gentili e professionali

The property is stunningly beautiful, with excellent facilities and a short didi ride to most of the tourist attractions. All staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive, I was a red level guest and the service i received from Viki and Polina stood out immensely. Always happy to see me and ask how my day has been without being to forward. Made me feel like I was the only guest, even though I wasn’t. Exceptional service.
I thoroughly recommend staying here. I will definitely be staying again.
Отличный отель. Хорошее расположение в 10 минутах ходьбы неспешным шагом от метро и торгового центра. Шикарный завтрак. Отзывчивый персонал.
Практически полностью прозрачные стены не только в ванной, но и в туалете. Неплохо бы сделать жалюзи, раз номер предлагается для трех проживающих.

Il fatto che la piscina fosse in ristrutturazione e non ne fossimo informati. Il direttore Alvaro Fernandez però si è comportato egregiamente con noi, offrendoci la possibolità di usufruire della piscina di un hotel adiacente
