Great location, great rooms and value for money, staff were terrific!
Pros:

Rooms are big and spacious, bathrooms are nice! Location was so good, walking distance to a lot of places or a short DiDi ride! Staff were amazing, breakfast was good too! Lots of convenience stores nearby.

Cons:

Slightly old and worn out.. lights in the room were a bit hard to switch off. Bathroom lights would turn off itself randomly. TV channels lacking

Pros:

Un hotel de 6 estrellas como siempre con Meliá. Suite Level impresionante! El happy hour del Level espectacular. Todo el hotel es nuevo y con unos espacios enormes muy bien diseñados y decorados. Un 10 para el arquitecto y el decorador. El desayuno espectacular y la atención del General Manager Alvaro Fernandez exquisita. Un hotel para repetir siempre.

Pros:

Todo, un hotel espectacular. Nos encanto el hotel, las habitaciones el desayuno. Fue genial la estancia. Al lado un gran centro comercial con opciones para comer. El director, Alvaro, fue súper amable y estuvo encantador con nosotros. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel. La opción de red level también fue excelente, con bebidas y snacks muy buenos. El mejor desayuno de todo el viaje a China con muchas opciones occidentales.

Месторасположение! Рядом много ресторанов, до Храма Гуся 20 мин пешком. Просторные, чистые номера. Отличный Spa с джакузи. Персонал отзывчивый. Отличный завтрак. Бесплатно сделали поздний выезд

Очень холодный отель. Мы мерзли. Рестораны работают до 23:00.

I would recommend people to stay here.
Pros:

I loved the breakfast buffet. Different pillows were available. It was nice to have some small bites and drinks at the lounge.

Cons:

The shower/ bathtub area is slippery after showering. The pillows were too low. The ac air conditioner was too loud at night, even after turning down the fan. My family were in 2 rooms. One room had a nice view, while the other did not.

This stay was a good preparation for our coming journey on the Silk Road.
Pros:

The location was good, about 5 minutes walk to the park. The service staff at the 5th floor lounge was exceptional. Berry provided superior service and should be singled out for exceeding expectations. However, the rest of the staff members were great also. This was in strong contrast to the poor service we received at the Westin Xian lounge two weeks later.

Cons:

Our first room had a mosquito invasion! Fortunately, the front desk took action immediately and moved us to another room.
