Gần siêu thị, biển, cửa hàng tiện lợi, quán ăn và quán cafe.

Cons:

Nội thất cũ, cửa tủ và cửa phòng khó mở. Máy điều hòa không lạnh dù đã gọi thợ sửa. Tối ngủ mà toát mồ hôi vì nóng. Dịch vụ Giặt sấy ở đây dùng bột giặt gì mà tẩy bay màu quần áo, làm quần áo mới mua bị bạc màu sau 1 lần giặt.
